  1. Sometimes owners block properties for work to be done, but most often they are blocking the property for personal use. In those cases, we need to clean and turnover the property just like we would for a guest reservation. Also, the smart automations (for example, changing thermostat settings via Lynx, Operto, etc.) should treat an owner stay the same as a guest stay.

  2. I have some owners who would like access to view the inbox from multiple channels on one platform. Can there be a user permission added for them to View messages as well as an option for them to send messages that way they could only be given permission to send messages if allowed

  4. We use VR Platform for owner accounting and statements, and have some other things for owners that exist outside Hostfully. I want to have all those links in a central place. It would be great if we could add some "quick links" to the owner portal so owners can easily get to those other services.

When sharing a report / statement with an owner so that it appears in the owner portal, it would be nice to be able to name the file so that the owner can know which month the report pertains to. Ie, i would like to name the report "September Owner Statement" so that the owner can know which is which from the long list without having to open it.

  7. Give owners access to the amenities and photo page. This would allow PM's to invite the owner during the onboarding process and have them populate these pages for quick and accurate onboarding. Right now our owners need to fill out a lengthy onboarding form and then it manually has to be entered into hostfully. When these items need to be updated the owner can simply handle it rather than emailing staff to take care of it.

  12. As an owner, I cannot easily tell which report is which from Owner Portal. It'd be better if we can add the date to when the report was sent, or the date range to Owner Portal > Statements.

  13. It would be helpful to send the homeowners we represent updated or new contracts, through our management software and have them saved in their owner profiles. This allows us to quickly see where we stand with them, if contracts need to be updated or edited in anyway, without having to use yet another outside service. Its so easy to lose track of all of these separate accounts we need for our business to run smoothly.
    t's also helpful that once a new contract has been sent out, it automatically appears in our PMS once it's signed so we know that…

  14. We often get real-time requests from owners about their current balance. And also we always want to make sure their balance is positive and at a minimum like 500$ or 1000$.

    By being able to see the owner's balance in an easy way we can manage their portfolio better.

  15. Adding a notes section for reservations in the Owner Portal so owner's can see in real time notes from PM whether it's changed 5 minutes before the reservation or 1 day before, etc.
