Ability to upload documents to Owner portal
I am looking for a way to upload documents to the owners portal. Documents that don't exist in Hostfully already. Each year we do a survey of the properties and give recommendations of things the owners improve, so that is an example of something we would like the ability to be able to drop in the owner portal.

This is a 'miss' that this isn't a basic function already. As a PMS system, there is no way for us to store a copy of the management agreement in Hostfully. Other documents such as service contracts or even permits should 100% be able to be tagged to a property and owner and quickly accessable within Hostfully. Lets hope this gets escalated and completed relatively soon :)

More robust owners portal across the board. Dashboard option to share stats and sop ability.
