  1. To prevent incurring non-refundable fees from Stripe, we've set 'Percentage at Reservation' to '0%' and 'Collect balance at' to 30 days. Our refund policy states that no refunds will be issued within 30 days of the scheduled arrival. When a customer makes a reservation through our website more than 30 days in advance, no credit card information is captured initially. To enhance the process, we propose making a $1 authorization to verify and capture the card, ensuring a smoother transaction when processing the charge 30 days prior to arrival.

    Hi everyone! We're excited to inform you that now you can pull services/upsells to your Enhanced Reports!

    We have just added a new variable {CUSTOM_SERVICE("Name of the service")}

    Using this variable, you can add any services or upsells to your reports for further analysis.

  6. I would like to remove the word "Hostfully" in payment link - bottom line "By placing your order, you agree to Hostfully's privacy policy and terms and conditions".

    If the software is truly white labeled, you technically don't want the word "Hostfully" anywhere on pieces facing the customer.

  7. A "Refund Days" setting of X day to automatically refund the security deposti. The agent would see an alert in the pipeline and system email that an auto refund is set to occur in X days. The agent would have the options to: deny the auto refund, change the refund amount along with a note to the guest, approve and note to the guest, or ignore.
