  1. Even if the cleaning fee amount is $0, it still shows up as a line item in the order. We would like the ability to remove it.

  2. At the moment, changes to a reservation need to be initiated by the guest or by the Property Manager on Airbnb. I want to be able to edit it through Hostfully.

  3. I want the option "Issue a refund" option to remain when a security deposit refund is refunded or scheduled, so that I can issue a different/ larger amount (cleaning fee refund, extra guest fee refund, etc.) without having to do that from Stripe/PayPal directly.

  4. Since emails are not provided in Airbnb leads, so it keeps error when we send "Checkin instruction" every time on Pipeline.

    I want to be able to send checkin instructions for Airbnb reservations from Pipeline that will go to Airbnb inbox.

  6. Currently we can only enable lead auto-assignment to booking agents.
    This feature does not work if my team is only made of managers.
    Ideally I should be able to select any team member I want to auto-assign leads to, and this per property.

  7. Adding the property name would be user friendly and easier to view reservations in the Pipeline when on "All Properties" filter. It is too hard to understand which property it is just by looking at a photo in the Pipeline.

  8. I want to add a pincode manually to the reservation under Stay Details tab. If the guest email field is blank (Airbnb doesn't send guest emails to Hostfully due to their policies), I'll need to enter my own email every time in order to to able to save the lead.

  9. This is a minor annoyance, but should be a quick fix.

    In the Pipeline, the guests stay is labelled a "x days" however, length of stay in a short term accommodation is pretty much universally referred to as "x nights."

    Again, it's not critical, but seeing "x days" does throw me off a little. It would be an improvement if the cell was labeled "nights"

  10. I noticed a minor bug: when I scroll to the bottom of the Pipeline, the Footer info (Help, Privacy, Feedback) covers the Guest details on the Pipeline. Can you fix the Footer so that it stays below the Pipeline? Thanks.

  11. With 44 listings and 300-500 checkins per month, the Pipeline is nearly useless for managing bookings. It loads very slowly, and after about 50 bookings, glitched and runs off the end of the screen (see image).

    There are many settings (i.e canceling a reservation, marking a reservation a paid, and adding a manual payment) that are only accessible via the Pipeline.

    Without the ability to select a range of dates to display, it is nearly impossible to access these settings for reservations more than a week out from check-in.

  12. When we managed around hundred properties and lots of
    reservations, we have seen that is easier to search a reservation by the
    name of the external id of the reservation.

    I found that we can search a reservation by the name of the guest in the
    pipeline. However, if he has some reservations or have the same name, is quite hard to figure it out. However, when I included the reservation number, any result showed up.

  13. As an agency, you can choose to opt-out of lead assignments.
    With this option, leads will never be assigned to anyone, and any PM (with the right property permission) will be able to manage leads at any time.
