  1. At this time, you can only add one main host contact in the Host introduction section

    All of our homes have a Host and a Co-Host. The intro page for the house does not have a spot for the co-host information. It would be beneficial for the guest to know they have access to both people during their stay.

  2. I have a lot of valuable information in my guidebook, so I want to have the option to disable the print option in the guest portal if possible. Then the guest only can access the guidebook with a provided secure link.

  4. I have tried several times to update the guide book, but the changes are not being saved. I deleted some of the previous wording which no longer shows, so now the information is falling very short of what I need to say. Help !

  5. As a guest I would like to purchase multiple services at the same time and in the same order.

    Currently, each service requires a separate checkout service through the Guidebook Marketplace. This needs to be consolidated to a single transaction.

  9. When a list of eg: places to eat is long, we want to continue from where we left after going into one of the interesting place page. The current user interface would always brought us back to the top of the list everytime we hit back 😤.
    It would be making sense only we could continue from where we left behind to continue browsing the list.

  13. Currently, each property is associated with a guidebook with a specific Marketplace link containing all services provided by the service providers assigned to that property in PMP.
    I would like to have a general/ public Marketplace link with all services provided by all service providers to use on my public website.

  14. The information in my directions cards has disappeared. I spent 2 hours creating the various sections the other day complete with photos and text( and now all it shows is the link I had first added 2 weeks ago.

    We'd like GB to have auto-save function. Because if for any reason one gets called away from the screen and forgets to save, all of his/her work gets lost.

  15. When creating new recommendation cards and adding them to multiple templates, it can be time consuming for user to manually find and re-arrange the order by dragging and dropping the card in each template.

    Automatically sorting the cards (e.g alphabet order) would help to speed up the process.

  16. If a hostfully guidebook is being whitelisted with a custom URL it should be fully whitelisted. Meaning removing any hostfully wording in the guidebook including the about host fully button in the bottom left corner and account icon in the top right corner.

  18. We receive guests of all ages from all parts of the world. Many people are not tech savvy and they need an extremely easy user-interface if we are expecting that they navigate it on their own. Before Hostfully, our check-in instructions were on the Airbnb Platform section called Checking in and Out. You will not believe how many guests kept telling us they could not find their PIN code on the app, when all they had to do was click on Checking in and Out and then swipe through the screens.
