  1. With the feature Splash being enabled, the guest would need to submit the email when they reload the page.I need it only requires email one time only for the splash feature.

  2. At this time, you can only add one main host contact in the Host introduction section

    All of our homes have a Host and a Co-Host. The intro page for the house does not have a spot for the co-host information. It would be beneficial for the guest to know they have access to both people during their stay.

  5. I have tried several times to update the guide book, but the changes are not being saved. I deleted some of the previous wording which no longer shows, so now the information is falling very short of what I need to say. Help !

  7. We'd love to restrict the address details in Arrival tab only. You are limiting the access to wifi info, but not address of the property, which is way more important to secure the info. Just because guidebook expose the address of the house, i will need to restrict entire guest book doesn't make any sense. Exposing address of home raise very high security questions. I'm surprise to find out no one raised this issue.

  12. When a list of eg: places to eat is long, we want to continue from where we left after going into one of the interesting place page. The current user interface would always brought us back to the top of the list everytime we hit back 😤.
    It would be making sense only we could continue from where we left behind to continue browsing the list.

  14. I have a lot of valuable information in my guidebook, so I want to have the option to disable the print option in the guest portal if possible. Then the guest only can access the guidebook with a provided secure link.

  17. I have a separate custom data field for room codes, this is different from the pin codes which are for front door access from Stay details tab. I would like to include the "Room Code" custom data field from Hostfully PMP into my Guidebook's Check In card.

  18. Currently, each property is associated with a guidebook with a specific Marketplace link containing all services provided by the service providers assigned to that property in PMP.
    I would like to have a general/ public Marketplace link with all services provided by all service providers to use on my public website.

  19. As a guest I would like to purchase multiple services at the same time and in the same order.

    Currently, each service requires a separate checkout service through the Guidebook Marketplace. This needs to be consolidated to a single transaction.
