Wi-Fi Card Enhancements
Would be good to have a button that can copy the credentials so users can then paste it into the Wifi of the property and avoid the back and forth of typing the password.
Another enhancement would be to reroute them with a Connect to WiFi button that can redirect to the Network connectivity of the device right away.1 vote -

Collecting Security Deposit for a Service
I am offering bicycles for rent to my guests. It would be helpful if the Guidebook Marketplace allowed me to add a security deposit to the charge for this service. If the bikes are damaged, lost or stolen during the rental period, I would like to have a refundable security deposit to recover the financial loss.

AI trip planner tab should match the color scheme for the other tabs
Currently the AI trip planner tab for guidebooks does not match the rest of the tab colors as it is repeated.

Keep the language option fixed on the top of guest's view on mobile
When I open a guidebook on mobile, select a language and the language header disappeared and I'll have to click settings -> language again to open it again.
I would like to have it fixed on the header so guests can easily switch the language

Have the purchase cancellation feature on Guidebook platform
For now, the PM will need to work directly with the guest to cancel the purchase and refund manually if the item is purchased separately without PMP.

Automatically sort recommendation cards by proximity to the property
Our area of operations is over 100 kms. It is frustrating that the guidebooks/info will provide restaurant information for a restaurant that might be 100 km away, when there is one 100 meters away, from the property.

Add Option to Accept or Decline a Request in Marketplace
Have the option to approve or decline a request in Marketplace for Guidebooks and direct booking flow for early check-in/late-check out and then collect payment afterward once request is accepted.

Default Recommendation categories & cards
For now, we should create new categories & move all the current cards to the new ones by selecting each of the cards > then assign.
My suggestion is to allow us to decide our own categories from the beginning, then show all recommendations, and let us drag & drop the various recommendations into our desired categories. That would be much simpler. We don't need to go to each card and assign each one to the new categories, it's time-consuming. We want to collect multiple/all cards and assign them to the desired category.
In addition, the name of default categories…

Require email one time only for splash feature.
With the feature Splash being enabled, the guest would need to submit the email when they reload the page.I need it only requires email one time only for the splash feature.

Add more fields to enter the Co-host contact in Host introduction card
At this time, you can only add one main host contact in the Host introduction section
All of our homes have a Host and a Co-Host. The intro page for the house does not have a spot for the co-host information. It would be beneficial for the guest to know they have access to both people during their stay.

Have ability to delete guest terms data from guidebook
I would like to be able to delete some records in Guest Terms Approval data section because I have to comply with GDPR as requested from country.
