Thank you for voting on the idea to duplicate templates and triggers. I'm excited to share that this feature is currently under development.
In the coming weeks, we’re opening a beta (early access release) to a select group of customers. If you’d like early access, just reply with “I’m in”. When it’s ready in the next few weeks, we’ll enable it on your account.
What’s included in the beta?
We’ve added new functionality to Templates & Triggers to help you save time. In this beta, you’ll get early access to:
* new variables in custom templates
* new triggers
* auto-translations
* improved search, navigation, and filtering
* much more
Your existing templates and triggers will continue to work as they do today and will be automatically migrated. As part of the beta, we’d ask that you:

I would love this too. Here is a tip for now: set the trigger to say "equal to or less then 24 hrs before", that way, it will send 24 hrs before, or whenever the guest books if less than that timeframe.

We just saw that you have finished the automated Deposit Refund through Stripe. That is great. Any updated or progress on this features, so that this can run with other channels? Thanks.

Any updates to the timing on this one? Airbnb policy for security deposit now says "There is one exception: Hosts who manage their listings with API-connected software can set a security deposit using our offline fees feature. If a Host has done this, the deposit requirements will be clearly communicated during the booking process."
We'd really love to be able to use this feature. While building it out, it would be great to automate the refund of the security deposit (unless cancelled due to damage and claims against the deposit). Thanks!

That is great news! Airbnb doesn't actually "collect" a Security Deposit. Will this change allow us to actually collect a deposit from the guest? (then refund them after successful departure)

Agreed! we often have last minute bookings and the confirmation message ends up going out after the check-in details and they often overlook the checkin details and don't know how to get in. Please add this!!!
