It is very useful if we have a returning guest and need to slightly edit our template message. Or if we still want to send out our custom template but we need to edit it slightly for a specific reason such as if a guest is smoking and we want to remind them of our smoking policy with our template message but it's only a one-off message that we aren't sending to ALL of our guests.

I check the new Pricing Calendar and OMG Thats so goood!
I would love to add one small feedback that it would be great if we can also select "checkin or checkout un-allowed" directly from this Pricing calendar instead of going to Property Settings / Pricing tab.
Thanks all.

When I accepted Airbnb booking request from Inbox, the lead status in Hostfully did not change. So I tried to accept it again and got the error message "AxiosError: Request failed with status code 400".
After checking with Support, we figured out it's because payment was pending from guest.
So if the message is made more clear for future errors, it would be more understandable and helpful.

It’s confusing to add additional fees after a total - that’s why it would be useful. All fees should be added - then a total - then taxes at one time. Not taxes on one item and then taxes on another total. It’s confusing. There should be one subtotal - taxes - and then one total.

* In UAE, we need to collect Tourism Dirham for the first 30 nights of long-term booking regardless of how many days it is, which should be flat amount per night (AED 10 per night). But the setting in HF is not supported that yet.
* If I set it under Fees & Policies and have “long term stay exemption” is 30, this means when guest book a reservation beyond 30 nights, no tax will be collected for Tourism Dirham.
* If I choose "ignore tax charge for over 30 days" in Property Main setting, it does not work for Airbnb channel and for bookings beyond 30 nights as above.
So it will be more helpful if we can set this up in Hostfully to cover our expenses and this is critical demand.

Gray out unavailable dates out of booking window in booking view of multi-calendar to have better view.
