    Gray out unavailable dates out of booking window in booking view of multi-calendar to have better view.

    It is very useful if we have a returning guest and need to slightly edit our template message. Or if we still want to send out our custom template but we need to edit it slightly for a specific reason such as if a guest is smoking and we want to remind them of our smoking policy with our template message but it's only a one-off message that we aren't sending to ALL of our guests.
