    I would like to block certain dates for ALL of my properties as unavailable for check in and check out. For example, I don't want anyone to be able to book a property with a check out on Christmas day or Thanksgiving. However, I can't seem to find a simple solution to block that as a check in and check out for all of them. I see how I can see a pricing period in my agency settings. But it appears I have to go into every single property to block the check in and check out date.

    Hostfully should provide the options for the Security Deposit collection available on Booking.com.

    It is currently only possible to charge it at booking time even though several options are available on Booking.com. This causes confusion for the guests.

    There should be an option to map "7 days before arrival" or "14 days before arrival"

    We have had someone book last-minute reservations and their payment is declined. They stay before we can get the payment issues resolved and then we have to try and recover payment after the fact. If it just cancelled the reservation when payment is declined then they would not be able to stay and it would release the dates for other bookings.

    Stripe applies the 3.9% payment processing fee to the entire booking - rent + fees + taxes and the rate multiplier only applies 3.9% to the rent. Therefore I'm incurring a loss and I'd like the percentage to be applied to the entire booking for the guests to incur that fee rather than myself the property manager and the owner.

    We have bookings for 20 to 30 guests so its more than one apartment at a time and wish to have them under one (or linked) booking.
