    Take the integration with, say, Breezeway. They have said that if they could, they would trigger messages to guests through through Hostfully instead of their system. However, right now, it would have to come from their number which is confusing for guests to receive messages from multiple numbers.

    In our view, it's pretty confusing why this does not already happen; especially since the address in the client data field is what gets synced to mailchimp and other systems. Could someone on the dev team explain why there is a non-editable email field and and editable one that does not connect to the pre-arrival form?
