Is it possible to allow property-specific commission rates for the owners' portal? Our property Owners love the fact that they can see the total rent minus the Agency commission, but it is set as a standard and cannot be individualized for a specific property. While this may be suitable for some, it is not for others.
To accurately reflect the net rental income for each property and provide owners with transparent and precise financial reporting, it's crucial to have the ability to set and apply different commission rates for individual properties/listings within a single owner's portfolio. Prices fluctuate from property to property and season to season, and a standard rate for an owner just does not work.
Implementing this feature will significantly improve the accuracy of financial data presented in the owner portal, and enhance owner satisfaction by providing clear, individualized breakdowns of their rental income.
