Excel is a powerful tool for editing and collecting data. With simple formula or filter in Excel, your accountant should be able to change text to number.

This is not in our road map at the moment but we have a plan to implement both in-guidebook searching and tags however which would solve the problem of finding anything. When it is done, it will be easy for you or guests to find everything in the guidebook.

Although we haven't had an API integration with Travelopo but you can always integrate with them using iCal. it will help you to sync your reservations between Travelopo and Hostfully. There is an improvement ticket about adding a report of cancellations. I added your idea to the ticket. When it is done, you will be notified.
About the number of Instant bookings in reports, we will consider adding it next time we work on the Reports section of our product.

Thank you for your idea. You can edit the template as you want. You can add a link or your bank account information and a note to guide guests on what to do if they want to pay by using a bank transfer. After receiving the payment you can record a payment or mark it as paid in Pipeline.

Hi Amy. After checking with the team. I got the information that you want to add your digital signature into the rental agreement so when guests sign the terms, there are both signatures from guests and you.
