We do have some PM-facing analytics features for guidebooks planned for this year.
1) easily viewable simple metrics on your dashboard for guidebooks, house manual cards, and recommendations
2) a more complex report of utilization.
An error occurred while saving the comment FRB Rentals commentedWhile adding reports for guidebooks, the existing Guest Terms one for guest accepting terms of the guidebook, would love to have a way to delete entries. I have a lot of testing entries when I get in to test it from the user and they are just clogging up the view with garbage I can't get rid of.

We have found we are missing communications from our guest on the day they are checking out.
What we've found is when using RELEVANT (which is default), on the day of check-out, a lead is moved to ARCHIVED. (as it should)
BUT - this immediately removes any messages from Relevant, and there is still on-going communications going on with guest on their last day (and possibly the next day), that we miss.
If RELEVANT can be updated to INCLUDE Leads Archived for less than 24 hours (or 48?), then we'll still see all messages we need to respond to in the default Relevant status. Thanks!
