It would be amazing to how effective our emails are, so simply open rates, click-through numbers would really help to improve.

When guests reply to the emails sent by hostfully they reply to hostully inbox, but when we try to reply to that email we get a message that this inbox is not monitored (so the email doesn't go through to the guest)
It's really annoying as we then have to log in to hostuly find the person and then reply to them .
So it creates a very difficult workaround to track all the messages
