    Agreed. Would also be nice to have the option to “send now”. Sometimes we wait until our cleaners are done to send the instructions, which happens before check-in time

    We have about 20 properties that we operate on a monthly basis. We are manually charging guests for these and actually using a different software to make it happen directly.

    It would be nice to charge guests on a monthly basis like Airbnb does. Guests can book and only pay for the first 30 days and security deposit. Then a payment link is sent before their next payment is due.
