An error occurred while saving the comment It would help with clearing up the inbox so that all I see are the messages I want to see. I’ve used Guesty prior to Hostfully. That was huge along with many other things. You could archive a message once you were done with it and if the guest had another message it would show back up in the main inbox.

Today is April 5 2023, however, when I scroll into the future the calendar stops at June 25, 2024.

An error occurred while saving the comment For now, our trigger hasn't supported the condition of "Pre-arrival form not submitted" yet. Hence if we want to follow up with the guests, you can only monitor from Pipeline to see if it's submitted or not. We'd love to have such condition in triggers to automate the process.

"We currently manage external forms such as leases and rent receipts for direct booking guests through Hostfully. Ideally, we would prefer the ability to upload these documents into Hostfully for digital signatures and associate them with the relevant bookings. Additionally, having a document database organized by property for quick reference to these leases would be highly beneficial. Alternatively, creating these documents directly within Hostfully could be a workable solution, provided we can add signature fields and link them to individual bookings, as certain terms and conditions vary per reservation."
