I have a lot of groups for my properties, and sometimes I can't remember which guest is in which apartment on the property. So If I could search by Tag, Group, or multiple properties, that would help
At the moment, on Inbox or Pipeline, you can only filter All or a single property: -

At the moment, only rooms with beds are listed under “Where you’ll sleep“ on Airbnb, even if you assign a photo to a room that does not have beds, the photo will not be shown in the “Where you’ll sleep“ section.
However, if the listing wasn't connected to Hostfully, everything can be set on Airbnb normally. Living rooms which don't have beds still can show photos. The living room photos now disappears upon connecting with Hostfully.
We need you to support showing photos in Where you'll sleep section even when the room doesn't have beds

If a listing was imported from Airbnb to Hostfully, these room types (Backyards, Kitchens, Pool,...) were already there before and we'll be able to find them from the dropdown list. But for properties created from Hostfully then synced with Airbnb, for now, the system hasn't supported to add other room types except for Common spaces and Bedrooms yet.
We'd love to have more options other than bedrooms and common spaces -

At the moment, it's not possible to set a trigger condition to send automatic message whenever there's a query from a certain period of time, saying that no one is available to answer query for example.
It'd be nice if we can set auto message when we set "away".

At the moment, I couldn't create an automated message that goes out to guests between the hours of 10pm - 8 am.
The idea being that I'd like to have some "off hours" in my business..
So if a guest messages us during "off hours" then an automated message goes out to them and says something like "thank you for checking in with us. We are away from our desk right now. If you have any issues we will answer them promptly at 7am. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call _____"I know that a few of your competitors offer something like this with their automated messaging

It would help with clearing up the inbox so that all I see are the messages I want to see. I’ve used Guesty prior to Hostfully. That was huge along with many other things. You could archive a message once you were done with it and if the guest had another message it would show back up in the main inbox.

Once a guest places a booking, there's a message popping up: "Now, you can check your booking details and prepare your trip, start your free Hostfully account"
That’s strange wording, even for users using the out-of-the-box website (e.g Boostly).
the guest doesn't really know or care about "Hostfully" and that Hostfully goal is to support PM customers in enhancing the brand, not trying to compete with PMs to "own" the guest Please remove that language.

I have a trigger set-up to send my cleaner a message when a booking has been revised, the intent is if dates change, and for some reason she is getting updates for lots of non related items.
I want a condition in triggers so she only gets updates when the dates change.

I would like to suggest that "new" jobs be a red dot, and "scheduled" jobs be a blue dot, and "done" jobs a green dot.

Since Airbnb is enforcing the character limit, it'd be a great idea if hostfully can add a character count to the text boxes in the description.

For now, our trigger hasn't supported the condition of "Pre-arrival form not submitted" yet. Hence if we want to follow up with the guests, you can only monitor from Pipeline to see if it's submitted or not. We'd love to have such condition in triggers to automate the process.
We want to have ability to receive not only ETA message but Cots and Bedrooms messages as well when guests choose these options on BDC.
I still need to respond to guests' requests within a specific timeframe, or their requests will be overlooked, which is detrimental to our business.
