An error occurred while saving the comment Deana Steele commentedHas this been resolved? I am encountering this issue. We have had guest extensions, not only is the job that was created NOT adjusting to the new date, the cleaner is also not being notified of the change.
I believe the initial trigger to create the job needs refinement so the cleaner notification can then trigger to send a message about an change

Yes! This is critical to my business. The number of upsells we convert from these automated messages is sorely missed from my previous PMS, Guesty.
Rule: If there is x number of days available before check in send message x number of days prior to arrival
Rule: If there is x number of days available after check out, send message x number of days prior to departure
