"To include the Stripe fee in the final charge, calculate the gross amount, taking into consideration that increasing the final amount ALSO increases the Stripe fee: the Stripe fee is a flat fee plus a percentage of the total charge."
in my case the flat fee is $0.30 plus 2.9% f the total charge
how can we solve this problem?

send message at 5pm on Friday
one time only
OR
weekly until departureI use this feature to let our guests know about the farmer's market but they do not need this message every week, just the first week.
BUT I would need the weekly garbage reminder.
A designated time to send the message is important to me as well

Thanks for your feedback - we can certainly address the labelling of blocks with creator name and creation time in a first phase.

The template variable should allow for {last_four_digits_guest_phone_number} to either auto-populate the PIN code or just to use in a template.I'm new here so not even sure if this will get a reply or should I create a new "idea" to bring it to the top.

When the guest extends, the original job that was created by a trigger does not update which then means the cleaner notified trigger is not resent with the new job date.
This still requires two manual adjustments. One to update the job date and one to notify the cleaner.
We can sell upwards of 75% extensions to our guests depending on the season leaving us with too much manual work for the investment in a PMS to help me automate.

Agreed! Hostfully reps ask us to come in here and upvote. I imagine only a small percentage of us take the time to do this which means it's important enough to the business operation to request this. This is one very annoying feature I miss from my previous PMS software that costs us admin time and mental bandwidth
