    Yes I am +1 on this. I need a complex condition to send once per stay or send each week on this day at this time during the stay

    If the stay is ACTIVE
    send message at 5pm on Friday
    one time only
    OR
    weekly until departure

    I use this feature to let our guests know about the farmer's market but they do not need this message every week, just the first week.

    BUT I would need the weekly garbage reminder.

    A designated time to send the message is important to me as well

    We are planning to offer the 'order adjustment' feature that will let you add a charge or a refund to any order (Airbnb or other channel), with an adjustment type (rent, tax, fee, service, resolution).

    The order adjustment will then show up in your enhanced reports under the corresponding type (rent, tax, fee) into your Financial reports, Fee reports and Owner reports.

    Along with the creation of order adjustments, you will be able to create a manual transactions that reflect the payment or the refund of your order adjustments, if your guest paid outside of your default payment service provider. This will insure accurate accountability in your transaction report.

    Often on Airbnb we send special offers to Guests. Airbnb blends the cleaning fee into the accommodation total.

    if Airbnb doesn't collect a cleaning fee, my {ORDER FEE} is $0.

    so if I want to create a formula to subtract the cleaning fee from the {ACCOM_RATE} nothing will happen because your system recognizes the {ORDER FEE} is $0.

    This means I would have to create a custom formula and a custom report for EVERY SINGLE LISTING because the cleaning fees are different.

    The simplest solution is to allow the user to EDIT THE RESERVATION DATA once it's been imported to Hostfully. Currently your system will not allow me to edit the Rent or Fees.

    I have been able to easily do this in Guesty, once the reservation is created I could update the price details in the platform.

    If I am unable to do this the Owner Reporting is fully inaccurate.

    The Accommodation Fare is incorrect
    The Cleaning Fee is incorrect
    The Management Fee is incorrect

    Rendering the report absolutely useless via the Hostfully Platform

    Adjusting a CSV is a manual process that I am paying Hostfully to take off my to do list. The fact that I can upload the edited CSV to the portal is another issue. Sending owners to their email inbox and not the portal is not ideal.

    The latest update from the team is over 12 months ago and the help team doesn't seem to have a solution either. I am chasing my tail over here

    Can we please add an option to the drop down for the trigger of when a reservation is cancelled. (see attached)

    Some cleaners bill us for not enough notice if a job is cancelled AND I would hate for a cleaner to walk in on a guest mid stay because they had an old job living on the calendar

    This has not been resolved and seems very simple. I need more control over the inputs.

    It would be nice to have more inputs like owner address as well

    This is 3 years old but a goodie!


    The template variable should allow for {last_four_digits_guest_phone_number} to either auto-populate the PIN code or just to use in a template.

    I'm new here so not even sure if this will get a reply or should I create a new "idea" to bring it to the top.

    This doesn't seem to be resolved yet.

    When the guest extends, the original job that was created by a trigger does not update which then means the cleaner notified trigger is not resent with the new job date.

    This still requires two manual adjustments. One to update the job date and one to notify the cleaner.

    We can sell upwards of 75% extensions to our guests depending on the season leaving us with too much manual work for the investment in a PMS to help me automate.
