As more hosts such as myself host a combination of short term rentals and medium term rentals, support for monthly payments and pricing listed as ***/month is absolutely critical and necessary. Currently, it is impossible for a furnished rental host who hosts both STRs and MTRs to scale efficiently with Hostfully. There needs to be both payments broken into monthly charges AND the ability to have a different agreement to be signed for stays over 30 days.
