    We'll soon introduce all pipeline actions directly within the lead modal. So you'll be able to cancel a booking by clicking on it from the calendar, then selecting the Cancel action within the lead modal.

    It currently does not allow you to enter line breaks between paragraphs or sentences in a custom variable long text field. If you do enter it as such in the custom data field on the property page, when it is sent to a guest it clumps together again. Hostfully support informed me that is how it is currently set up.
