We have fairly extreme seasonality and some owners make little or no income during the low season - yet they still have repairs or work to do. In fact, they choose the low season to do this, so it doesn't disrupt guests. But this means they can't always cover their expenses each month from the rental income. We don't mind "floating" them the money for a month or 2 - but it's tedious and error-prone to have to manually copy or change dates on all the owner adjustments to move them forward each month.

Yes, give options to sort and also check/uncheck all. This becomes unmanageable with many owners.
