  2. When a property is deleted (because we no longer manage it), all the data and related bookings are deleted too. Consequently, when we generate reports of previous years, the figues are wrong because the bookings data of the deleted properties are not included.
    This makes the reports and analytics tool unreliable.

  4. Several guests have specifically recommended looking into GDS integration to streamline their booking processes and enhance accessibility to our properties. Integrating with GDS providers like Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo, Worldspan and Galileo by Travelport could significantly improve our visibility and booking convenience for this particular segment of travelers, which is rapidly growing for us. Given the potential benefits in meeting the specific needs of corporate clients more effectively, we see GDS integration as a strategic step to expand our reach and service capabilities in the corporate travel market.

  7. This seems a ginormous oversight on the part of Hostfully, which could be very easily fixed - by not pooling together Fee / Service / Resolution adjustments into the one variable "Fee adjustment", and instead having a separate variable for each so they can be pulled in report separately.

  9. It would be highly beneficial to introduce a feature allowing users to create custom channels in Hostfully, beyond the standard ones like Airbnb or Booking.com. For example, users could add channels like "Reception Desk," "Travel Agency Partnerships," or "Corporate Bookings" to track more specific booking sources. Additionally, implementing color-coding options for these channels would allow for easy visual differentiation and streamlined data analysis at the end of the season. This added flexibility would make managing and analyzing bookings much more intuitive, especially for businesses with diverse booking sources.

  11. I use Zoho Books to invoice owners of the properties we mange. It would be great to automatically create invoices from the financial reporting made in Hostfully on a booking (line-by-line) basis.

    Now I use the reporting as base and copy/pase the net income in my accounting tool to create the invoice (net income x commission + VAT = commission over a booking. I add all the bookings per months and create the invoice. Next to this I need to make an Excel file showing income per booking - commission (VAT included per booking) = payout to owner.

  12. Currently, the trigger system in the PMS (Project Management System) only allows sending emails to predefined groups such as team members, owners, or clients registered within the system. However, there is no option to send an email to a custom, non-registered email address. This limitation makes it difficult to notify external stakeholders or third-party individuals who are not part of the system.

  15. Current behavior:

    when a booking.com reservation's property is changed,
    => the roomId is changed on Pipeline.

    => The property name need to change manually in Hostfully.

    Request:

    When one reservation modification has been made, the change should be applied for both roomID on Data tab and the property/unit name on Lead Details page. Otherwise, it can confuse users.

  16. Be able to create triggers (notifications) around timing of Jobs. For example, be able to send a reminder to a service provider X number of hours before a job.

  20. Feature to close Airbnb hold expired lead so it won't appear in Pipeline with Relevant status as I see it a bit messy and does not make sense. As Relevant status should be for ongoing lead (on hold, quote sent) or confirmed bookings for us to work on.
