  2. I would like to request a new feature in PMP to help differentiate between Vrbo online and offline bookings.

    Current Situation:

    Online Booking: These bookings appear on the Vrbo Dashboard and include all guest information, making messaging integration work smoothly.

    Offline Booking: These bookings do not appear on the Vrbo Dashboard and lack related threads. This leads to confusion among guests, who often ask why their reservation is not visible on Vrbo. We also struggle to provide them with a satisfactory answer.

  5. Support more types of taxes WITH "long stay exemption" for direct bookings and all other platforms, especially Occupancy Tax/ City tax / Tourist tax.

    Because, the governmental rule can be that this occupancy tax is valid up until a certain number of nights (in this case 30 nights). So, it must not be shown when a guest books for 31 nights.

    • Hostfully only has the option Ignore tax charge for over applied to Rental and Cleaning fee taxes, not Occupancy tax.

    • Long term stay exemption from Fees & Policies tab only applies to Airbnb, not Direct Booking.

  6. If I get a sandwich night, one night left in between the platform shuts it out as my min booking is two nights but I don't mind opening one-nighters in such scenario.

  7. In the portal, when you click on a reservation in the calendar, it does not show the full price paid to the property manager after commission charged by booking.com or the other OTA's.

    Then in the owner portal calendar it shows the price of the reservation excluding the cleaning fee and commission from OTA's which makes the amount incorrect and not useful. In the owner portal is just shows the amount in the property managers calendar minus the property's managers commission however this is not accurate due to the commission charged by the platforms.

  8. When I create quotes, I don´t see if a discount is applied (for example 10% off when a reservation is for more than 7 days).

    On the final price it is applied, but it is not a line item on the quote.

  15. As far as payouts though - I have to have a way of getting owners paid. I need to be able to send over an amount to stripe from Hostfully to tell it to pay that amount to them.

    If not, then it would be nice to have somewhere to make an adjustment in the system to say I paid them.
    I would prefer if there was a place where I could enter the amount that was paid out so the report would then say 0.00 was due after that month was paid out.

  16. We manage over 120 properties. So keeping track and scheduling reoccurring tasks like AC service or replacing batteries in door locks would be a great help. We would also use this feature to schedule weekly inspections of properties that are currently not occupied.

  17. If we change the parameters of the Owners Statement we then lose all ability to send/upload as an integration. If we use the default with limited information we can push to their portal.

    This needs to be changed so that a revised Statement can be made 'default' within the system. Way toooooo much Admin each month for a basic feature/need

  19. Currently, Airbnb support messages are not sent to the PMS inbox, which poses several challenges. Firstly, it requires us to communicate with Airbnb support exclusively through the Airbnb app, creating a need to have both Hostfully and Airbnb notifications enabled simultaneously. This can be inconvenient and time-consuming, especially when dealing with multiple properties.

    Moreover, Airbnb support messages are not forwarded to co-host accounts. As a result, I am unable to efficiently respond to Airbnb support requests for the properties I manage through the PMS interface.
