  2. It would be very helpful to have a feature in Hostfully where I can track earnings from offline bookings. However, these offline bookings should not be subject to commission from Beyond Pricing. Therefore, I would like a feature to block these dates for Beyond Pricing but still have visibility into my earnings from these offline bookings.

    Note that the platform already provides an option for "Ignore tax charge for over N days", on each of the Property Settings page. Is this the feature you're referring to?


  4. The URLs that are built for the Direct Booking site MUST escape characters that are considered "unsafe". This includes the pipe character ( | ), which is pretty commonly used in page titles as a separator that doesn't take up much space.

    If these are not escaped, Google Travel will NOT accept the weblink. For example, one of our listings has this for the direct URL:

    https://reservations.vacayintucson.com/property-details/b9e9522c-8bfc-49a0-af7f-1d9705479c80/Modern%20Desert%20Oasis%20|%20Huge%20Private%20Yard%20&%20Hot%20Tub

    That should escape the | to %7C:

    https://reservations.vacayintucson.com/property-details/b9e9522c-8bfc-49a0-af7f-1d9705479c80/Modern%20Desert%20Oasis%20%7C%20Huge%20Private%20Yard%20&%20Hot%20Tub

  6. I would like to request a new feature in PMP to help differentiate between Vrbo online and offline bookings.

    Current Situation:

    Online Booking: These bookings appear on the Vrbo Dashboard and include all guest information, making messaging integration work smoothly.

    Offline Booking: These bookings do not appear on the Vrbo Dashboard and lack related threads. This leads to confusion among guests, who often ask why their reservation is not visible on Vrbo. We also struggle to provide them with a satisfactory answer.

  11. Support more types of taxes WITH "long stay exemption" for direct bookings and all other platforms, especially Occupancy Tax/ City tax / Tourist tax.

    Because, the governmental rule can be that this occupancy tax is valid up until a certain number of nights (in this case 30 nights). So, it must not be shown when a guest books for 31 nights.

    • Hostfully only has the option Ignore tax charge for over applied to Rental and Cleaning fee taxes, not Occupancy tax.

    • Long term stay exemption from Fees & Policies tab only applies to Airbnb, not Direct Booking.

  13. Currently, BDC commission is only tied to the transaction level and the transaction must be processed by a payment processor. This means that reservations paid through payment by booking.com (PBB) or outside of the Hostfully system and manually entered into PMP will not show the commission in the report. I am requesting that the BDC commission be based on the lead level, so that it is always present regardless of payment status or method.

  14. In the portal, when you click on a reservation in the calendar, it does not show the full price paid to the property manager after commission charged by booking.com or the other OTA's.

    Then in the owner portal calendar it shows the price of the reservation excluding the cleaning fee and commission from OTA's which makes the amount incorrect and not useful. In the owner portal is just shows the amount in the property managers calendar minus the property's managers commission however this is not accurate due to the commission charged by the platforms.

  15. When I create quotes, I don´t see if a discount is applied (for example 10% off when a reservation is for more than 7 days).

    On the final price it is applied, but it is not a line item on the quote.

  16. I want to be able to later report on what parts of the country guests are coming from so that I can then spend $ on ads in those areas. (this won’t work for Airbnb bookings)
