  1. I would like to request a new feature in PMP to help differentiate between Vrbo online and offline bookings.

    Current Situation:

    Online Booking: These bookings appear on the Vrbo Dashboard and include all guest information, making messaging integration work smoothly.

    Offline Booking: These bookings do not appear on the Vrbo Dashboard and lack related threads. This leads to confusion among guests, who often ask why their reservation is not visible on Vrbo. We also struggle to provide them with a satisfactory answer.

  2. In the portal, when you click on a reservation in the calendar, it does not show the full price paid to the property manager after commission charged by booking.com or the other OTA's.

    Then in the owner portal calendar it shows the price of the reservation excluding the cleaning fee and commission from OTA's which makes the amount incorrect and not useful. In the owner portal is just shows the amount in the property managers calendar minus the property's managers commission however this is not accurate due to the commission charged by the platforms.

  4. When I create quotes, I don´t see if a discount is applied (for example 10% off when a reservation is for more than 7 days).

    On the final price it is applied, but it is not a line item on the quote.

  6. Add "Custom" cancellation policy as an option for VRBO. Custom cancellation policy would allow us to withhold payment processing fees for cancellations. Without this, we don't have a way to withhold payment processing fees and must refund them.

  7. Currently, Airbnb support messages are not sent to the PMS inbox, which poses several challenges. Firstly, it requires us to communicate with Airbnb support exclusively through the Airbnb app, creating a need to have both Hostfully and Airbnb notifications enabled simultaneously. This can be inconvenient and time-consuming, especially when dealing with multiple properties.

    Moreover, Airbnb support messages are not forwarded to co-host accounts. As a result, I am unable to efficiently respond to Airbnb support requests for the properties I manage through the PMS interface.   8. On the "Scheduled Messages" tab, we should be able to modify a message that is scheduled for a guest. For example, If I have a guest pay for an early check in, I should be able to modify their scheduled messages to show their new real check in time. Right now the only option is to delete a scheduled message and then we have to remember to go in and send it manually at the time it would have normally been sent.

  9. Hello! I suggest adding the option to enable/disable triggers. Currently, it's quite inconvenient as you can only adjust or delete them. But having the ability to turn them on or off would be helpful. Sometimes, it's necessary to temporarily disable a trigger.

  12. I want to have the trigger condition to send the message out only if the rental agreement has not been signed.

    For example, I’m sending out reminder messages to them to sign the rental agreement closer to their stay but I don’t want these to go out if they’ve already signed, so as to not bother them. I’ve been manually deleting these future messages

  14. I'd like to integrate directly with Expedia from Hostfully to ensure my properties are listed there and not be charged commission through channel partners.

    I understand some properties are distributed to Expedia if I am connected to Vrbo, though Vrbo can't guarantee that will happen and we can't request it. I can connect to Expedia through channel management partners, but they charge an extra commission. A direct connection would guarantee I am listed on that channel and save listings expenses.

  17. We manage over 120 properties. So keeping track and scheduling reoccurring tasks like AC service or replacing batteries in door locks would be a great help. We would also use this feature to schedule weekly inspections of properties that are currently not occupied.

  18. Airbnb does automatic translation but I was just trying to do as much of my messaging and tasks through Hostfully as I can instead of having to go back and forth! I’ve been just responding through Airbnb so it would automatically translate what I’m texting instead of having to go through Google translate
