Improve how photos can be organized and re-ordered
The drag and re-order is too tedious, especially when you just got all new photos for your listing and need to delete all these old ones and reorder 50 new ones.
I think that there should be a toggle between the current view and a thumbnail view that puts the photos in a grid (maybe 4-5 across and then they are in rows going down) without the photo comments in this thumbnail view. That way we can reorder the photos quickly and see better what overall the order looks like to guests, and then when we are ready to add…

Accurate booking value in owner portal calendar
In the portal, when you click on a reservation in the calendar, it does not show the full price paid to the property manager after commission charged by booking.com or the other OTA's.
Then in the owner portal calendar it shows the price of the reservation excluding the cleaning fee and commission from OTA's which makes the amount incorrect and not useful. In the owner portal is just shows the amount in the property managers calendar minus the property's managers commission however this is not accurate due to the commission charged by the platforms.

Custom Cancellation for VRBO
Add "Custom" cancellation policy as an option for VRBO. Custom cancellation policy would allow us to withhold payment processing fees for cancellations. Without this, we don't have a way to withhold payment processing fees and must refund them.

Modification of scheduled messages
On the "Scheduled Messages" tab, we should be able to modify a message that is scheduled for a guest. For example, If I have a guest pay for an early check in, I should be able to modify their scheduled messages to show their new real check in time. Right now the only option is to delete a scheduled message and then we have to remember to go in and send it manually at the time it would have normally been sent.

Airbnb Support Messages
Currently, Airbnb support messages are not sent to the PMS inbox, which poses several challenges. Firstly, it requires us to communicate with Airbnb support exclusively through the Airbnb app, creating a need to have both Hostfully and Airbnb notifications enabled simultaneously. This can be inconvenient and time-consuming, especially when dealing with multiple properties.
Moreover, Airbnb support messages are not forwarded to co-host accounts. As a result, I am unable to efficiently respond to Airbnb support requests for the properties I manage through the PMS interface. Option to enable/disable triggers
Hello! I suggest adding the option to enable/disable triggers. Currently, it's quite inconvenient as you can only adjust or delete them. But having the ability to turn them on or off would be helpful. Sometimes, it's necessary to temporarily disable a trigger.

Integrate directly with Expedia
I'd like to integrate directly with Expedia from Hostfully to ensure my properties are listed there and not be charged commission through channel partners.
I understand some properties are distributed to Expedia if I am connected to Vrbo, though Vrbo can't guarantee that will happen and we can't request it. I can connect to Expedia through channel management partners, but they charge an extra commission. A direct connection would guarantee I am listed on that channel and save listings expenses.

Create calendar-based Jobs for recurring tasks
We manage over 120 properties. So keeping track and scheduling reoccurring tasks like AC service or replacing batteries in door locks would be a great help. We would also use this feature to schedule weekly inspections of properties that are currently not occupied.

Feature to pay owners directly through Hostfully and record balances
As far as payouts though - I have to have a way of getting owners paid. I need to be able to send over an amount to stripe from Hostfully to tell it to pay that amount to them.
If not, then it would be nice to have somewhere to make an adjustment in the system to say I paid them.

Ability to split payments for reservations
Would love to have the option for our guests to use the link to pay any amount like when two guests split the bill in two or more, or when they can pay a certain amount at a time, instead of the strict amount based on our reservation payment policy (50% deposit, 50% balance. That said, when we send them the payment reminder, they can use the link in there and enter "x" amount.

Support more types of taxes WITH "long stay exemption" for direct bookings
Support more types of taxes WITH "long stay exemption" for direct bookings and all other platforms, especially Occupancy Tax/ City tax / Tourist tax.
Because, the governmental rule can be that this occupancy tax is valid up until a certain number of nights (in this case 30 nights). So, it must not be shown when a guest books for 31 nights.
Hostfully only has the option Ignore tax charge for over applied to Rental and Cleaning fee taxes, not Occupancy tax.
Long term stay exemption from Fees & Policies tab only applies to Airbnb, not Direct Booking.
