  1. When I open a guidebook on mobile, select a language and the language header disappeared and I'll have to click settings -> language again to open it again.

    I would like to have it fixed on the header so guests can easily switch the language

  2. For now, the PM will need to work directly with the guest to cancel the purchase and refund manually if the item is purchased separately without PMP.

    I want to have the cancellation feature and refund the service booked via Guidebook - Marketplace guest purchases.

  3. Our area of operations is over 100 kms. It is frustrating that the guidebooks/info will provide restaurant information for a restaurant that might be 100 km away, when there is one 100 meters away, from the property.

  6. For now, we should create new categories & move all the current cards to the new ones by selecting each of the cards > then assign.

    My suggestion is to allow us to decide our own categories from the beginning, then show all recommendations, and let us drag & drop the various recommendations into our desired categories. That would be much simpler. We don't need to go to each card and assign each one to the new categories, it's time-consuming. We want to collect multiple/all cards and assign them to the desired category.

  7. At this time, you can only add one main host contact in the Host introduction section

    All of our homes have a Host and a Co-Host. The intro page for the house does not have a spot for the co-host information. It would be beneficial for the guest to know they have access to both people during their stay.

  15. When creating new recommendation cards and adding them to multiple templates, it can be time consuming for user to manually find and re-arrange the order by dragging and dropping the card in each template.

    Automatically sorting the cards (e.g alphabet order) would help to speed up the process.

  17. We receive guests of all ages from all parts of the world. Many people are not tech savvy and they need an extremely easy user-interface if we are expecting that they navigate it on their own. Before Hostfully, our check-in instructions were on the Airbnb Platform section called Checking in and Out.   20. Currently, we use the secure links function for the cleaners only. The layout of the menus and cards work well for creating a cleaning checklist that we can update remotely. We include videos showing how to fold towels / toilet paper, how to put away the crib, a photo of each room. Hostfully could expand their reach pretty easily by just adding another secure link section just for the cleaners.
