  1. I have a separate custom data field for room codes, this is different from the pin codes which are for front door access from Stay details tab. I would like to include the "Room Code" custom data field from Hostfully PMP into my Guidebook's Check In card.

  5. Implement time restrictions on guidebook access to avoid guests showing up early as soon as they receive the door codes/ access information but check-in is not until later.

  6. When creating new recommendation cards and adding them to multiple templates, it can be time consuming for user to manually find and re-arrange the order by dragging and dropping the card in each template.

    Automatically sorting the cards (e.g alphabet order) would help to speed up the process.

  7. If a hostfully guidebook is being whitelisted with a custom URL it should be fully whitelisted. Meaning removing any hostfully wording in the guidebook including the about host fully button in the bottom left corner and account icon in the top right corner.

  9. We receive guests of all ages from all parts of the world. Many people are not tech savvy and they need an extremely easy user-interface if we are expecting that they navigate it on their own. Before Hostfully, our check-in instructions were on the Airbnb Platform section called Checking in and Out. You will not believe how many guests kept telling us they could not find their PIN code on the app, when all they had to do was click on Checking in and Out and then swipe through the screens.   12. Currently, we use the secure links function for the cleaners only. The layout of the menus and cards work well for creating a cleaning checklist that we can update remotely. We include videos showing how to fold towels / toilet paper, how to put away the crib, a photo of each room. Hostfully could expand their reach pretty easily by just adding another secure link section just for the cleaners.

  13. I am a new user to Hostfully, and I love Guidebook so far! But, I can't help but think there is something that would be a great addition. The ability to add multiple guests at once to guidebook. This could be done by uploading a .csv file or similar that would contain the first, last names access codes, check-in and out dates... This would make personalization an absolute BREEZE rather than entering one at a time.

  14. When a host deletes an item from the list of Recommendations or House Manual cards, a window pops up that says "Delete item?" Can you please add the name of the item being deleted to this pop up? So instead of just "Delete item?", have it display "Delete {name of item}?" Since there is no undo or recycle bin, it would nice to have confirmation that we are deleting the item we intended to delete.

  15. The 'Current Weather' widget is pretty nice, but it would be nice to have it in a more visible location that guests would see more often (plus, the hosts who hide the Arrival tab will not see it at all). Could you allow it to be added to other pages, or at least the pop up panel on the left?

  16. Currently there are 5 variables available for customizing a guidebook for each secure link (Guest Last Name, Guest First Name, Check-out Date, Check-In Date, Access Code). It would be helpful if there were some additional variables we could use (and allow us to provide the title of each field, but if not you can just name them 'Custom field 1', 'Custom field 2', etc)

  17. My idea is to have the Hostfully guidebook view like a slideshow (or think of digital signage) on my iPad or monitors. So my thought the guidebook would have a welcome screen with the customer’s name, today’s forecast and date, then automatically flip through the other cards with videos to play on a card, restaurants, and have RSS feeds with news or links to our local updated events.

    My thought is to have the guidebook show like digital signage that you’d see in a hotel, but personalized to the guest and display on an iPad or monitor.

  18. i am subscribed to a few subscription magazines that allow digital downloads and i think it would be great to have the option to have an entertainment card that allows us to upload subscription magazines to hosfully platform as i think in this age of corona having physical magazines touched by multiple guests is not the most ideal.

  20. I experienced an outage of the guidebook product on May 04th, 2025, and my triggers all failed to send due to this event.
    Next time there is a brief outage, I will end up in the same place. is there something that will be put in place to “auto-heal” after outages, otherwise, any minor outage and I have a problem.
