    100% what's the point in having a second email if it cannot send emails to the guest- we should have 1- primary is the first email we get when guest books - and the secondary is the guest's direct email - in this case, all communication goes to the guest BDC pulse email and the direct email - This is a super easy fix it's a simple code

    This is important to us being able to choose the time you want a trigger to go out is a must

    This is very much a business-critical for us, we have had bookers that will change their booking from Fri- Sat to Saturday to Sunday because its cheaper
