A huge number of our guests are returning guests year after year and as such we reward our guest on this. Our previous PMS system allowed us to see previous bookings by the guest but the Hostfully system doesn't seem to do this. On the "Customer List" you can rebook a client and see their details, so it seems like the details are recorded somewhere in Hostfully. Can a customer record be created where in this area we can see how many times a guest stays.
Also, any customer notes written in here don't seem to pull through into bookings made from here?

This is so important! The CMS system is very limited for recognising previous clients.

We require this to be CUSTOM dates too. Our business is seasonal and has a winter and summer booking period. As such, we run our figures from 1st December - 30th September, not being able to schedule these dates requires a huge amount of manual work to run each individual report, especially when running owner reports.
