  1. If you open a guest (the most common use case being that you need to contact the guest, you have to scroll down for the guest's information. I think it would be more helpful to prioritize this information, rather than having to scroll past all of the fees (which should also be minimized). Also, the phone number is not clickable, nor can you copy and paste it. Making the number clickable and copiable (not sure if that's a word), would be really useful. Otherwise, it's not very useful at all.

    This feedback applies to the Hostfully iOS app.

  2. It'll be very usefull since the guest would know their numbers, and it'll be a lot easier for them to remember the door codes. It'll help us hostfully users too by eliminating the need to create a code that a guest can remember manually for each guest.

  4. Fix permissions issues. When you assign a team member on certain properties, they still see all in the inbox and not only messages for their properties. This is annoying when you have properties in multiple markets where only certain people work on certain properties.

  5. Would like to have push notifications for new leads and new messages from guests. That way, I will finally be able to turn off my Airbnb and VRBO apps and manage everything on the Hostfully mobile App.

  6. The new calendar view is Monday first, then Sunday last. But it's always been Sunday first, Saturday last. When drilling into reservation details, it's also Sunday first. Please adjust to be consistent and stick with Sunday first. It's very confusing.

  8. We would like to capture owner adjustments in Hostfully so that we can subtract these from the payout amount. We are, however, required to keep a record of the expenses in case a customer asks for this. Because if this, we currently use another app to capture the expense and the photo of the receipt or invoice and then transfer this into Hostfully.

    It would be great to be able to capture these from the app using the phone camera to take a pic of the receipt or invoice and then these automatically being added to owner adjustments

    Now on the PMP, you can upload an attachment to your owner adjustment. This page is mobile friendly and you can upload an attachment directly from your mobile device. This feature is not yet available on the mobile app. If you feel that this needs to be supported by the mobile app, please file a separate ticket.

  9. Hi there - I use Enso Connect for a handful of things, including automated messaging. Currently, there isn't the ability for me to send Airbnb messages via Enso Connect as Hostfully doesn't offer that capability via the API. Is this on the roadmap? Enso says that their other PMS integration partners are offering this but not Hostfully currently. Thanks!

  10. The new calendar is great. Thank you.

    It would be helpful to remember the filter conditions when we return to the calendar enquiry. As it stands all conditions are dropped and we have to continualy re-enter them. We do a lot of work from within the calendar area and it would help to preserve the set of properties we are working on rather than lose them every time we return to the stacked calendar view.

  11. Currently, even when there is a message send failure, it shows as sent in the mobile app. This got us in trouble a few times when we looked at the app and assumed messages had gone through, but then we logged into the desktop version, and we saw that it had the red box around the message saying it had not been delivered. It's honestly hard to rely on the mobile app for much of anything except checking for booking notifications because we can't sms, whatsapp, or use templates either.

  12. Currently, you can create a block on the App. However, it is very glitchy and we have trouble actually creating a block on the calendar. Secondly, it would be fantastic if we could modify a block or remove a block from the app. The app does not allow any editing or cancelling of a block until you get back to desktop.

  15. I see the the form has been updated so it can be customized. However it now asks for both the ID and the Passport of the guest. We only require one of these. I have been getting pushback from guests who do not have a passport. Please remove one of or combine these fields.

    This has been completed. The form now only refers to government IDs, whether they are a passport or any other official government ID. This should remove the confusion associated with mentioning passports.

  16. It's not truly full screen now, which leaves you with the "scroll within a scroll" (i.e. there are two righthand scroll bars, one for the browser and one for the calendar). Those are always a pain to work with, and make it difficult to find the bottom (left-right) scroll bar.

    That would also make it possible to remove the silly dead space at the top where it says "[Agency] Properties Calendar"

  17. Just like phones do with text messages, it would be nice to have the app auto-capitalize the first character in a sentence - starting a new message, upon returns, and after periods. Meanwhile, you need to hit shift every time or everything is lower case by default. I personally don't like that level of informality when communicating with guests.

  18. Same as we have it on the desktop version, I would like to be able to filter my properties based on my guest's request and email the resulting list of properties to my guest.

    This feature is available within the Central Calendar page of the desktop PMP:
    click filters, then email property list link.

    I would like this feature to also be available on the mobile app

    This is now available thanks to the Template Picker feature in the app. Simply select the corresponding "quote building tool" (aka alternative options) feature in your templates

  19. Alexa show device is a great way to directly give specific recommendations to your guest. If this can sync with our guidebook we can create those specific ideas through the Alexa app on property to explain how to operate something or where to find things....
