Make the calendar truly full screen (kill the "scroll within a scroll")
It's not truly full screen now, which leaves you with the "scroll within a scroll" (i.e. there are two righthand scroll bars, one for the browser and one for the calendar). Those are always a pain to work with, and make it difficult to find the bottom (left-right) scroll bar.
That would also make it possible to remove the silly dead space at the top where it says "[Agency] Properties Calendar"

Jump to date with available from selection
Great improvement with the new calendar!
When selecting the "available from" field and leaving the "available to" field empty, it would be great when the calendar jumps to this date.
It jumps back to current date.Tested in Edge browser

Mobile app: Add ability to copy messages
The request: Add the ability to copy messages in the inbox on the Mobile App.
On the mobile app, it is currently not possible to copy messages in the inbox. This is important because I often copy guest questions and forward them to our cleaning team who has the answers. Without that, I'm forced to log in on a computer to copy the messages, which is tough to do when on the road. Further, if I could do this, I could copy previous messages I've written to other guests (like "Thank you for staying with us....we'd appreciate if you left…

Create report copy ability with enhanced reporting
I regularly find myself wanting to copy an existing report (say the Monthly Owner Report), make a small change, and save that as a new separate report. In these cases, it would often be very difficult to recreate the report from scratch, since the report I want to copy has been changed so much from the base owner report.

Enable Property Managers to archive leads that are no longer relevant but still show on the dashboard or pipeline
My team has recently run into an issue where old, imported bookings from over a year ago were still showing up at the top of the pipeline/dashboard with no way to clear them. The support team needed to clear these for us. I propose that it be made possible for PMs to be able to archive leads or old bookings that are no longer relevant, rather than having Support have to do it for us. This would also be helpful in situations where you create a number of quotes for a few different date ranges for the same customer. Once…

Expired inquiry
Hi, when i filter my pipeline by relevant+arrival date, it still shows me the expired inquiries from past airbnb request. I want to delete them but it is not possible and support team told me that the do not delete customer data.
I have to filter by arrival date to view current reservations at the properties and the ones coming.
I wish you could delete them as you can with the canceled reservations.

Make assigning leads and reservations optional instead of a requirement
Remove the requirement to assign reservations to different people on the team. We know assigning users to each booking is useful to some, but this is a bit annoying for us as everyone on our team should have access to all

Enable a 9 Month Booking Window
Hostfully currently has 3, 6, 12 or 18 month booking windows, however lots of my owners have been requesting a 9 month booking window as 6 is too short and 12 too long. Airbnb also have this option, so would be good to see it implemented with Hostfully. Thanks!

Sorting properties by Accounting ID and tag in "Our Properties"
This would be extremely useful because the actual sort order by
property name can mix properties of different geographical areas but
