Allow guests to book more than one apartment in the same location - there should be a tick box to add a shopping basket - in the shopping basket is the total number of apartments and the total prices

Improve loading time
Loading time is slow. This is specially noticeable with the images, that don’t seem to show until the rest of the site resources are loaded (we already optimized the size of the images, that doesn’t seem to be the reason). When looking at the loading times in the web browser inspector I see that around 2 full seconds of the loading time is loading many javascript files. The images are loaded at the very end of that process, after around 3 seconds of loading time, and until then all you see are gray rectangles.

Allow potential guests to get quote without putting in email, etc.
Currently, guests must put their name and email to be able to get a quote. This is prohibiting business as it is easier to go to Airbnb or VRBO to run numbers on homes...and then they may find a different home. I would love the option to be able to turn this feature off and only collect guest information when they actually book. Thank you for your consideration.

Add Approval Workflow for Hostfully Reviews
As a Property Manager I would like reviews from direct booking guests to go into a "pending" status for me to review, edit and approve before posting to my direct booking site or pushing through the reviews API.

Ability to Blacklist email addresses to prevent re-booking of problem guests
Similar requests have been made on this portal, and marked as "functionality already exists." However no explanation has been provided, and as far as I can tell there is no documentation on how to accomplish this.
There is a way to add tags to guests in the "my-clients" page, but this tag does not seem to do anything. It is not visible on the guests reservation, and is not a filterable variable for reporting, or a triggerable element for messaging. Therefore the ability to simply tag guests is entirely worthless.

Clues on the calendar to indicate upsold items along with the direct booking flow
I set up services by service providers to upsell them on the direct booking flow. I want to have some indicators on Calendar to see which bookings have upsold items (a pet, etc)

Improve how Direct Booking Site is displayed vertically on mobile device
When I view the Direct Booking Site on mobile device vertically, I can't scroll down to see the list of my properties. It's good in horizontal view though.

Allow discount codes to be editable and be able to create excluded dates within them.
Currently, discount codes are not editable, which means you would have to delete one and recreate it - but if you try to use the same code, it won't allow it.
It would also be extremely beneficial if you could make discount codes for a long period of time but with exclusions, for example:
If I created an off peak promotion and I wanted it to be valid between October 1st - April 1st but I did not want it valid for peak holidays like Christmas/New Year (16th Dec - 2nd Jan), February half term or Halloween. It would be…7 votes -

Showing the discount after the guest input the matching date range with the discount condition
The price on the search result page should reflect the discount when the guest applies the matching date range with the discount condition (as shown on the individual property page).

Ability to prevent certain "inquiries" coming into the system as so when they're guests who left the checkout flow on DBS
I don't want the inquiries coming through as they are not true inquires. They are guest drop-offs, people who have left at checkout without confirming on the Direct Booking site.

Discount code - Have Validity Range Include Start and End Dates
As a VRM I would like the discount code dates ranges to be inclusive of the start and end dates so that it is very clear to me what the valid dates are.
Right now, the valid date range doesn't include the Start and End dates.

Allow booking guests to filter properties by amenity
After guest count (i.e. finding a place large enough for their group) the next most important thing to a would-be guest when searching for a property is that it has the amenities they are looking for. Right now, people have no way of knowing which properties have their preferred amenities other than clicking into each property and searching around for it in the listing details or photos. This is painful and makes for a poor experience!

Custom order for Listing Description Sections
Make all sections of a listing page as moveable widgets so that an operator/manager can decide how to order the information on public listing page. This will greatly improve marketability and ensure that the information that guests find most important is closest to the top. For instance, after "Description" should come "The Space," "The Neighborhood," and then "Other Things to Note" far below the fold -- closer to the House Rules Section.
