Identifying Vrbo Online and Offline Bookings in PMP Lead Modal or Calendar
I would like to request a new feature in PMP to help differentiate between Vrbo online and offline bookings.
Current Situation:
Online Booking: These bookings appear on the Vrbo Dashboard and include all guest information, making messaging integration work smoothly.
Offline Booking: These bookings do not appear on the Vrbo Dashboard and lack related threads. This leads to confusion among guests, who often ask why their reservation is not visible on Vrbo. We also struggle to provide them with a satisfactory answer.

Align Common Space Handling with Airbnb Changes
Currently, photos and beds assigned to the Common Space room type are not displaying correctly on Airbnb. This is due to Airbnb’s decision to sunset support for the common_space designation by July 2025.
Please help update the common space mapping to align with Airbnb's update.

Not sending amenities related to enhanced cleaning to Vrbo
I recently received a Vrbo listing audit file that flagged the following warnings:
CLEANINGDISINFECTION is no longer supported.
ENHANCEDCLEANINGPRACTICES is no longer supported.
COMMONSURFACEDISINFECTANTCLEANED is no longer supported.To avoid these warnings, I’d like Hostfully to align with Vrbo’s updates by removing or discontinuing support for these amenities. This will ensure property managers no longer receive these notifications.

Import past bookings with all the information so that it shows on the inbox instead of appearing "unknown".
At the moment, when importing past bookings, they are shown as unknown in the inbox, and the PM has to manually update them from the reservation.

Improve Airbnb rooms sync
To improve Airbnb synchronization: we'll need to add a channel setting for users to choose whether to delete rooms from Airbnb that don't exist in PMP during synchronization.

Emails when we get a Hostfully lead/inquiry
When I get a lead or inquiry through channels, I get an email notifying me. However, when I get a lead or inquiry for a direct booking with Hostfully, I don't get notified of this. How is that possible. Is there a way that we can get a text or email when we get a lead/inquiry for a direct booking with Hostfully?

Make "Booking.com guest payment options" configurable in the PMP and add more payment types
I want to set up the guest payment options for listings on Booking.com. Booking.com requires me to change the "Guest payment options" on Booking.com to "only accept cash" for 60 days to be eligible for Payment by Booking.com - bank transfer option. Currently, everytime I change it, the field is overridden by Hostfully PMP and changed back to "accept credit cards" although I don't see any place to configure this in Hostfully system.
I want to have a button in the PMP to configure the guest payment options and this field should be pushed to Booking.com.

Need to be able to charge a different fee for different number of pets on Airbnb
I need a way to charge a different fee for different pet amounts. My pet fee for one animal should not be the same for 2 animals.

Airbnb Photo Tour
Airbnb is pushing the 'virtual tour' by being able to organize photos by rooms. I keep reorganizing my photos in the "where you'll sleep' section of Hostfully's settings and they're not saving in Airbnb. This seems to be an integration issue.

Custom Channel Creation and Color-Coding for Enhanced Booking Management
It would be highly beneficial to introduce a feature allowing users to create custom channels in Hostfully, beyond the standard ones like Airbnb or Booking.com. For example, users could add channels like "Reception Desk," "Travel Agency Partnerships," or "Corporate Bookings" to track more specific booking sources. Additionally, implementing color-coding options for these channels would allow for easy visual differentiation and streamlined data analysis at the end of the season. Push bathroom data to booking.com
It would be useful to push the bathroom data from Hostfully to booking.com so it does not have be set up for each property in booking.com. This has to be done 99% of the time.

We will check if HVMI provides an API for this. In the meantime, you can probably do iCal imports to block your calendar.

Remove LEID from Hostfully account
Current Situation:
Currently, to remove a LEID from our account in Hostfully, property managers must contact Support. This process can be time-consuming and requires manual intervention, which can delay operations and lead to inefficiencies.
Requested Feature:
I propose that Hostfully implements a feature that allows users to directly remove LEIDs from their accounts within the platform. This functionality would empower users to manage their LEIDs independently, without the need to go through Support.

Indicate new check-in time requested from Airbnb guest in Hostfully system
At the moment, reservation booked within 48 hours, and guest can choose the check-in time
https://help.hostfully.com/en/articles/3811657-partially-allow-booking-requests-on-airbnbThe check-in time should be visible in the booking request that Airbnb sent, not in Hostfully system. Airbnb does not send anything explicitly to the host stating that the check-in time has changed; however, the reservation request Airbnb sent to the guest does include the check-in time.
We need Hostfully to request this information thru the API and indicate it somewhere in Hostfully system so we can know before accept or decline the booking request as it's very important information to look at

Sync message edits from Airbnb
When messages are edited in Airbnb only the original version shows in Hostfully. Syncing full edit history is a big ask, but showing the current version should be relatively easy from a product perspective, as long as the data is available from the Airbnb API
