    This will have to be done by Whinstay, they implement the Hostfully API and the multi-unit API has been available for this to be implemented from their end.

  2. For example, a PM configured a custom fee named "Tourism Fee" in the Fees, Taxes, and Policies tab from Hostfully and mapped it to channels (Airbnb/ BDC, Vrbo, etc.). It would be more clear and synchronise if on channels, the fee also reflects as "Tourism Fee" and not as its mapping type.

    Airbnb's API does not provide this capability the way Vrbo does.

    This is rather communicated via the house_rules metadata in the API.

    • While there's no dedicated minimum_age parameter, the minimum age is often parsed from:
    • house_rules (free-text field)
    • description or other_things_to_note
    Enforcement
    • Airbnb expects hosts to manually enforce minimum age by reviewing guest profiles and messaging.
    • Airbnb does not block bookings automatically based on age unless the guest is under 18 (which is not allowed platform-wide).
  4. Allow to change checkout date for reservations with payment by Booking.com. If guest wants to extend the checkout date, looks like they have to request it on Booking.com before checkin date but it's not usually the case.

    However, the action to change checkout date in Hostfully does not work with Payment by Booking.com reservations causing it's hard for us to extend guest stay.

    Additionally, the option to change stay date is blocked on Booking.com Extranet so we cannot modify it neither from Hostfully nor Booking.com

    thanks a lot for sharing this feedback with us, much appreciated.

    Booking.com reservations with Payments by Bcom (PBB) follow a different process compared to non-PBB reservations.

    Unfortunately, their system is currently not allowing partners to update PBB reservations via the partner system (Hostfully PMP). That is a limitation on their end, for which we already shared feedback with them.


    I hope the article can give you more insights in the current process from Booking.com, but it's expected that the guest has to request a day change via the extranet if they want to extend or shorten their PBB booking.

  5. When SMS is sent to guest, the sender number is Hostfully number. If there is any way Property Manager can change that to our phone number, it would be great

  6. We want to import Airbnb reviews to Vrbo. I spoke with the VRBO market manager and they said some platforms have that feature.

    This suggestion is actually against Airbnb's Terms of Service, so we will not be able to implement it, unless their policies change in the future. For now, we have to decline this. Thank you for suggesting.

  7. I have an increasing amount of bookings coming in via HomeToGo. There used to be a link (sync of calendar + prices + descriptions etc.) with them, but this is no longer the case.
    I would like to see this coming back as now there is a lot of manual input necessary to make sure I have all bookings in once place (Hostfully) and have my messages and triggers automated.

    We're no longer supporting an integration with HomeToGo, so this isn't something we can offer going forward.


    That said, we continuously expand and update our list of integration partners and channels to provide strong distribution opportunities, and we'll keep sharing relevant updates as they become available.

    Unfortunately, as of today, Booking.com does not provide an API to allow us to send # of guest alterations from the platform.

    This condition does not make sense. If you require a security deposit, then the Booking Confirmed condition will only be met when the SD is paid for.

It would be great if i could access ALL features from the App. Having full access to all features on both the website and mobile app would provide greater flexibility and convenience, especially when you're on the go. Expanding functionality to include trigger adjustments, channel syncing, and template editing within the app could enhance productivity and ensure seamless management from any device.

  14. Currently, the text used as the rental agreement (referred to as such in the triggers and templates section) is placed under the "Rental Conditions" section of the property settings. To enhance consistency and clarity across the platform, we suggest unifying the terminology.

    Using "Rental Agreement" consistently throughout the platform will streamline navigation, improve searches, and create a more cohesive user experience.

  17. I have a host account in hostfully but have another coallegue that wants me to collaborate with one of his listings. He also have hostfully and cant add me. I think is because we both have hostfully accounts but I need to be able to see his hostfully callendar at least bc i run his cleanings. It would be very helpful bc some hosts collaborate with each other and I need to see his bookings

  18. I need the code to be stored both in the Airbnb instructions and in a variable in Hostfully. I don’t want to have to change it in both the Airbnb instructions and a separate variable whenever the code is updated.
