The cancellation policy for BCOM is currently set on the channel detail page for all properties. You will soon be able to set it on the property detail page, thus choosing a potentially different cancellation policy for each property.

It would be good to be able to set a time that the quotes you send out for direct bookings stay valid for. Eg. 7 days, after which they automatically expire and guests can no longer proceed. I know you can do this by putting dates on hold for quotes, but we like to keep all dates open so it's a first come, first served basis and it is fair to all interested parties. The auto expire feature would help so that prices stay current as ours are updated frequently. So we don't want to continually end up with a bunch of quotes that are open where the prices are no longer valid as they may have gone up or down since the quote was made.
This is important to help the content score and the SEO for the listing.
