Thank you for voting on the idea to allow for modifications of scheduled messages. I'm excited to share that this feature is currently under development.
In the coming weeks, we’re opening a beta (early access release) to a select group of customers. If you’d like early access, just reply with “I’m in”. When it’s ready in the next few weeks, we’ll enable it on your account.
What’s included in the beta?
We’ve added new functionality to Templates & Triggers to help you save time. In this beta, you’ll get early access to:
- new variables in custom templates
- new triggers
- auto-translations
- improved search, navigation, and filtering
- much more
Your existing templates and triggers will continue to work as they do today and will be automatically migrated. As part of the beta, we’d ask that you:
- use the feature in your normal workflow where it makes sense

Owners are making blocks without notes and we need to know what kind of block it is so we send cleaners to any properties when owners stay.

"By Law, atleast in AZ, we have to charge taxes even on the pet fee. If theres not an option the taxes collected wont add the taxes owed and the owner or PM will be liable for these charges, this is VERY CRITICAL."
An error occurred while saving the comment - Currently, there's no field to add Tax rate and to apply the tax per night/stay/hour/person/pet etc..It would be great if we can add those fields so PM can have the correct tax on the custom fees applied for Direct Booking site
- Guest Services are on Agency level instead of Property level. While some fees are not applicable for all properties, it would be great if we could add a field of assigned properties
Example:
Service Provider (SP) A was assigned to do a job for Lead B. They will be paid $100 for that job.
I'd like to include a condition if the SP is A, then amount $100 is extracted on the report
