   We are taxed on all fees not just nightly rate, and seeing all of the taxes on the fees in a separate line item looks like we are taxing guests to death even though it might only be a few dollars on each fee.

   The map should not dominate the direct booking search page like it currently does. The search page should look and behave more like Airbnbs search page, where the properties are bigger and featured more.

    This would eliminate regular manual work I have to pay someone to do. Just being able to set up a trigger to automatically remind the guest to sign the rental agreement if it is not signed would be awesome.

    Yes, we really do not like how the map is the feature of the direct booking site. It would be better to feature the properties, similar to how Airbnb does it. Guests should still be able to search using the map, but it shouldn't be the main focal point.
