To avoid charges through stripe by wiring a deposit that will be reimbursed, this would be an amazing feature to avoid and streamline the processes.

I would love to see this feature. But also for checkin instructions. In this way we can share pictures to ease up the checkin. Now I am doing that with quick replies, but with the increasing number of properties it is hard to keep on doing this.
