I second almost exactly what Nicole Harding said (Would love the ability to make owner blocks on our end instead of just bookings or blocks. Having them still read as reservations for reports and automatically charge just the cleaning fee would be great, with the ability to add or remove fees also.)
Our owners are treated as guests and still require changeover cleaning. The ability for us to add owner blocks, them be differentiated but still come up in scheduling for cleaners and other teams is required. The ability to add fees such as cleaning and this pull through into owner reporting too.

An error occurred while saving the comment Adding to this, being able to customise wording/titles is critical. A lot of the wording is the American spelling which isn't correct for where our business operates
This would be extremely useful as all of our invoices are PDFs and having to convert these to an image every time is extremely time consuming.
