  1. After guest count (i.e. finding a place large enough for their group) the next most important thing to a would-be guest when searching for a property is that it has the amenities they are looking for. Right now, people have no way of knowing which properties have their preferred amenities other than clicking into each property and searching around for it in the listing details or photos. This is painful and makes for a poor experience!

  5. For all of my messages to a guest, it would be really nice for my signature below to automatically populate. I am able to add a signature area to all of my templates, but it's not an option from the inbox. I think it looks way more professional than just a short response that comes across more like a text message.

  7. When clicking on the plus sign to add a new reservation, a calendar pulls up and all of the dates are black so you don't know which dates are already taken by an existing reservation. Please grey out dates that already have an existing reservation so a new reservation isn't erroneously added.

  8. The way it works for us, is that we have an extra bed for a 3rd guest, with an additional set of sheets and towels. Nothing else changes. So if they stay for a few day with 3 guests instead of 2, I do not need to charge for an extra every night, but just an additional cleaning/laundry fee.
    If there would be a way to setup a fee so that it is triggered by number of guests, your fee would work. But currently it seems to be only for nightly on the main page.

  9. The emails for vrbo for every listing say the sender name is the company name and I think this is adding confusion for travelers. We want to change the sender name for certain properties or templates

  16. Need seasonal extended stay discounts that work across channels. Currently only have option for direct booking. My property is in Florida - I want to market it for extended stay during down season only. I do not want the extended stay discount during peak season. For example - I just had a guest book via airbnb for a 13,000.00 discount using the extended stay discount set up at the property level on hostfully.   18. Make all sections of a listing page as moveable widgets so that an operator/manager can decide how to order the information on public listing page. This will greatly improve marketability and ensure that the information that guests find most important is closest to the top. For instance, after "Description" should come "The Space," "The Neighborhood," and then "Other Things to Note" far below the fold -- closer to the House Rules Section.

  19. As a PM, I receive this email when a payment fails (attached herein). There is no guest or reservation identifier and I need to do further research to figure out what reservation this relates to. It would be great if Hostfully can add the guest name and reservation UID to this system message.

    I tried to manually add those two items to the system template but those variables are not available for this template.

  20. Could you add the new column showing the total number of bedrooms on each listings to the report?

    We need to conduct an internal analysis on the performance of each property according to their typology (studios, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, etc.) in order to define different commissions based on the property type. I believe this is the only way to determine it.
