Cohost name should show
Because some property managers are not the OWNERS of the listing, it is misleading when we are working on managing and respond to guests but it’s the owner name that shows up and not the person managing or handling the account.
Every message we send without Hostfully shows the owners name as though the message is coming from them - but it is NOT.
The owners have asked why we aren’t getting the credit or using our name when responding to my guests and I told them your program doesn’t have that option.6 votes -
Action "create job" for event "owner added calendar block"
I want to add action "create job" for event "owner added calendar block". When an owner creates a block on their calendar we want to be able to automate and create a trigger to create a job because that owner block is an owner stay.

Owner Statement Updates
If we change the parameters of the Owners Statement we then lose all ability to send/upload as an integration. If we use the default with limited information we can push to their portal.
This needs to be changed so that a revised Statement can be made 'default' within the system. Way toooooo much Admin each month for a basic feature/need

Promo Code vs. Discount Code
Please change the name to help all owners! Discount code gives guests the idea that they should get a discount no matter what. Promo code gives guests the idea that there must be a promotion going on and they either qualify for it or not based on being a previous guest, time of year, special event, etc. They also are more understanding if there isn't a code available. Please vote! :)

Scheduling security deposit payments
We should have the ability to Schedule. Hopefully should also work with payment systems to negotiate a refund on the transaction fees.

Add Approval Workflow for Hostfully Reviews
As a Property Manager I would like reviews from direct booking guests to go into a "pending" status for me to review, edit and approve before posting to my direct booking site or pushing through the reviews API.

Remove & archive blocks rather than delete them, add change-log feature to blocks
Currently when blocks are deleted, there is no record that they ever existed.
This presents an issue if a block is removed erroneously, there is no way to recover the block, or see when the block was removed or by whom.
Further, for active blocks, it is not possible to see who created a block, when the block was created, or if a block has been changed.
What I'd like to see is:
1) Blocks display what user created them and when.
2) Blocks include a log of changes, that include the date of the change, what the change was,…6 votesThanks for your feedback - we can certainly address the labelling of blocks with creator name and creation time in a first phase.

Automatic deduction of payment handling fee on booking.com
in the situation when payment is handled by booking.com, booking.com charge 2.5 % fee in addition to their commission, this amount is not shown in Hostfully and is not deducted from the reservation amount. This amount should be shown in the reservation breakdown on Hostfully and automatically deducted from the revenue.

Clues on the calendar to indicate upsold items
I set up services by service providers to upsell them on the direct booking flow. I want to have some indicators on Calendar to see which bookings have upsold items (a pet, etc)

Re-opening this UV since we do NOT provide the guest contact information on the Owner Portal, only the guest's first and last name.
The request here is to provide the contact info, which can include:
- email address
- phone number
- cell phone number
- mail address

Allow Booking.com requests to require approval.
Currently we can limit the instant booking per property for AirBNB, VRBO and direct bookings. I'd love it if we could add this to Booking.com (BDC) to prevent last minute reservations. We have been having a lot of policy/payment issues with BDC that come in the middle of the night. I would use BDC if we could limit the last minute instant guests who have issues.

Hide Inactive property in the list when creating leads
I want to hide/remove the inactive properties from the list when creating new lead.
I don't want to delete them because I might manage them in the future, it's just I am not dealing with them at the moment.

Hide notes from Airbnb calendar after a reservation/block has been cancelled/removed
As a PM, I would like the note that contains the Hostfully UID to be removed from the Airbnb calendar when the reservation/block is cancelled or removed so that the calendar on Airbnb is clear.
From the attached screenshot, the open date has the note Block uid=…., which is confusing. It makes me think that the date is not available while it is.

Check box "Send copy to Agency" for custom templates
The check box "Send copy to Agency" in custom templates like the one in system template is for control purpose, we always do send a copy to the agency.
This is because (as you are aware of) the toggle function is not working well and we need to know when and if a template has been send (automatically and manually). It’s our work process at the moment. Also once in a while the connection we have via Outlook got a token error.
This is also a check when we don’t receive a email send into our Outlook Inbox.

Show HVMI host charge in the break-down fees, alike Airbnb.
As a VRM, I'd like to see the Host fee from HVMI so I could know how much they take from each reservation

Display Balance Outstanding/Paid to Date on Calendar
We love the new Calendar.
We find it difficult to know if all reservations are paid up. We would love to see:
- One the stacked calendar to display something to show if the booking is not paid in full.
- When hovering mouse over a reservation can the flyout show the Balance Outstanding and or the Paid amount.
- It would be great to have a report to filter reservations that have a non-zero balance outstanding. We spoke to the Help Desk folks and they say they cant have a condition on a derived field.
