  6. Currently you can send multiple property options to someone via the calendar but you cant present them with an offer or quote, just links to those properties. Its a bit time consuming and could be streamlined if we could create a Quote prior to the email stage. Essentially, from the calendar we generate the multiple property options to send via email but an additional step is allowed where we can go into each property to create a quote. Then we can send it all in one email.

  7. Have the option to include or not include the company address in the signed guest rental agreement. This has privacy implications for those who work from home and do not want their home address being made public.

    We believe that a rental agreement requires a postal address. Users are free to enter something else in the street address field if they do not want to show their home address (a PO box for example). 

  8. Booking calendar widgets show a gray color for available dates and blue for taken in my mind this is confusing, gray is often associated with something no available so its confusing.

  9. Hostfully as a product is fairly expensive. I think the guidebooks should be included in the package. You can still continue to sell these separately to users of other channel managers.

  10. PM would like to see communications between her and guest from within calendar section, without leaving that section. Could be that the details section has a link to communications without sending PM to inbox.

  15. To prevent charge backs, we take a copy of payment card (guest can cover card number except last 4 digits). We are unable to add this as a custom field on the guest info / pre arrival form as upload fields are not an accepted format (only text).

  18. It would be helpful if the name of the property (from the list in the upper left) would move down with the calendar as you scroll down. We have 3 properties and sometimes, if you are in a month farther down the page, you don't know what property you are looking at - and you have to scroll back up to the top to check.

  20. Allow re-assigning a reservation to a different unit in Hostfully to reflect on the Operto Dashboard.

    Currently the reservation will remain on the unit initially booked and a new reservation won't be created on the new unit. So we have to "revoke access" for the reservation on Operto and create a manual reservation on the new unit to ensure the guest's code will be installed on that lock. We also have to communicate the new access code (created on the new unit) to your guest.

    Other PMS like Hostaway are able to push the reassignment to a new property to…

    Operto implements the Hostfully API, therefore this synchronization needs to be performed on their end. We suggest you contact them and suggest this improvement. Thank you.
