Pre arrival form

Be able to send a pre-arrival form reminder from the "Stay details' tab. So you can check if the guest has completed it, if not then click to send a reminder

    Hi Sophie! Thanks for your feedback.

    Currently, if the guests have already filled in the Pre-Arrival form, from the Pipeline, hover your mouse over the circle (aka status) of the leads, you will see a small note "Pre-Arrival form completed".

    In case the guests haven't done so, you will see the option to "Send Pre-Arrival form" reminder.

    The stay details tab will be the place to store all the details that guests fill in the form. That's why we don't think it's necessary to have another "button" to send the Pre-Arrival form in this tab.
