  1. Create a way for all guests in the part to upload a picture of their ID. Some places require this. It would be great if the pre-arrival form could have that option to upload each guest ID.

  2. As most of our managers works from their phones it's crucial that all our bookings line up precisely on the app. I got confused today and immediately assumed it's double bookings.

    we want to make it as easy as possible for the managers so they don't over stress when seeing something like the screenshots on hostfully.

    we would like to only see from Airbnb side of the app only confirmed bookings as when we see all the booking request aswell even though it was not approved you immediately start worrying about double bookings, if it is possible to only put…

  3. It would be helpful if the email that we get when a property has been put on hold by a guest would include the dates concerned, not just the property name. Now it looks like this:

  7. Although VRBO already allows for security deposit collection, having something as well for Airbnb guests would be ideal! Automating a message 1-2 weeks prior to check-in, with a link to an invoice with deposit amount would be sufficient.

    It would be up to hosts to communicate properly with guests to set expectations that this invoice will be coming prior to their arrival.

  8. Please give us the ability to change the font of the messages templates. I copied and pasted my messages I had stored previously, which are not matching the writing style of the variables such as guest name, and it looks sloppy IMO. Or give us the option to match the variable styles or reset to default maybe?

    Also, templates sent to Airbnb and Vrbo sometimes have extra spaces or line breaks where they don't show in the template editor in Hostfully

    Refunds do show in your reports for bookings that have been made via your default payment service provider. But indeed, they don't show for Airbnb bookings for instance.

    We are soon offering a new feature: Order Adjustments and manual transactions.

    This will allow you to manually add a refund that happened in an Airbnb booking for instance.

  10. Give Service Providers, specifically cleaners, the ability to report to the agency any issues with a previous guest and be able to provide pictures and estimates of remediation, within Hostfully, so that they are all linked, instead of having to do this outside Hostfully.

  13. The preferred method must be "reply in same method as received" This is should default set to "Reply same as received" with and option to change. Also any messages or replies should have a Send Later Option (pop up calendar and time) to encourage working messages replies that may be too late or untimely (midnight text) are NOT good but the guest needs to be answered.

    In order to assign an existing owner to a property I can enter his/her email address to connect the property to this owner. However, I always have to know what the email address of the owner is.

  15. If there are dates available to extend the stay (either before or after the dates that the guest initially chose), create the possibility to notify the guest at the last minute, so that they can easily extend their stay if there are available dates before the next guest's booking starts.

  16. Hi there. I'm using Stripe as a payment processor. I have added a Credit card processing fee 4% but it is only applies to RENT but not to all amount like Cleaning fee, taxes or pet fee, etc. I end up paying hundreds of dollars out of my pocket every month plus I receiving questions from the owners.

  19. For a UX perspective, the calendar view is the most likely to be used when managing a large number of properties. The reservation card that is accessible from the calendar should include every available function and piece of information pertain the the guests visit.

    This card should include the Pre-arrival form info, the payment status, any deposits made, remaining balance, scheduled payments, scheduled messages, etcetera.

    At present, there are a number of features that are only accessible from the Pipeline. (i.e. cancelling a reservation, marking a reservation as paid, viewing the pre-arrival form, and recording a payment).

  20. Currently, users must navigate to individual property calendars and apply individual Check-in and Check-in restrictions for each year.

    However, check-in and check-out restrictions are often applied to holidays, so the need to restrict check-out on 12/25 occurs each year. Hostfully should have the ability to select specific dates (absent year) where check-in and check-out is not feasible. Moreover, specific days of a week/month would address holidays such as Thanksgiving.
