Add a date range option to the Pipeline
With 44 listings and 300-500 checkins per month, the Pipeline is nearly useless for managing bookings. It loads very slowly, and after about 50 bookings, glitched and runs off the end of the screen (see image).
There are many settings (i.e canceling a reservation, marking a reservation a paid, and adding a manual payment) that are only accessible via the Pipeline.
Without the ability to select a range of dates to display, it is nearly impossible to access these settings for reservations more than a week out from check-in.

Not sending amenities related to enhanced cleaning to Vrbo
I recently received a Vrbo listing audit file that flagged the following warnings:
CLEANINGDISINFECTION is no longer supported.
ENHANCEDCLEANINGPRACTICES is no longer supported.
COMMONSURFACEDISINFECTANTCLEANED is no longer supported.To avoid these warnings, I’d like Hostfully to align with Vrbo’s updates by removing or discontinuing support for these amenities. This will ensure property managers no longer receive these notifications.

Quickly switch from Calendar to Pipeline
When viewing a booking in Calendar, I want to have a button to direct to that booking in Pipeline so I can take Pipeline actions like "Send payment reminder" without having to open Pipeline and teaching for the booking again.

Compare pricing current vs. same period last year
I want to compare pricing last year to this year.
4 votes% comparison will be added to the Analytics page (and on Dashboard page for the default current month selection, comparing to previous month there).
First we'll add a default comparison of current period vs previous period. So you will select this year and we'll show % comparison of this years data against last year.
Then we'll offer a comparison option for "same period last year". So you'll select "this month" for instance and we'll show % comparison with same month last year.

Show and filter website source of booking widget in Dashboard/Pipeline page
My booking widget is attached to different websites. I want to know which website the booking has come from (where the booking calendar widget is) so I can provide different commission rates to different websites.
At the moment, the website source is only visible when leads arrive to dashboard page, it's hard for us to check how many bookings are there.

Ability to delete a service for a particular service provider
I have created a bunch of services for a service provider. Turns out we can create but not delete! Please add a delete button.
On the service provider page the list is now long and messy. I would like the possibility to delete unused services and also, I would like the list of services to be sorted out alphabetically.4 votes -
Add Custom Amenities in bulk
Similar to adding custom data fields for property main settings, I'd like to be able to add custom amenities that I can select for each of my properties rather than adding the same custom amenities each time.

Publishing multi-unit properties on Google, Trivago, Expedia
So I currently also manage a hotel. So the multi unit feature is a potential fit.
The current platform I use (cloudbeds) has a feature that allows me to advertise on metasearch on platforms like Google, Expedia, etc where people can see the actual pricing when they search and I can show up as an ad
3 votesThe platform currently supports multi-unit property publishing on Airbnb, Booking.com and direct. We are planning to allow multi-unit property publishing next on Vrbo, then Google, HVMI. The other channels (Expedia, Trivago etc) should follow shortly after.

Break out the price rule discount at the order level
I want to see the discount that is applied to a booking in the lead modal so that I can know that they're working.

I would like to change the status of a reservation (booked, canceled, payment received etv) in the calendar.
I would like to be able to do all these pipeline actions on bookings/inquiries in the Calendar rather than needing to move to the Pipeline to complete these tasks:
- Mark as booked
- Mark as paid
- Place on hold / extend hold / revoke hold
- Close lead
- Cancel booking
- Re-open (a closed lead)

Refunds showing in reports
I want to pull the refund amount after a reservation is canceled in the booking report.
3 votesRefunds do show in your reports for bookings that have been made via your default payment service provider. But indeed, they don't show for Airbnb bookings for instance.
We are soon offering a new feature: Order Adjustments and manual transactions.
This will allow you to manually add a refund that happened in an Airbnb booking for instance.

Incrementally Change Price and Minimum Stay
I love the idea of being able to edit prices and minimum stay from calendar central. What would make this even better and take it to the next level as far as being really helpful in managing prices would be to allow us to adjust prices (and possible minimum stays) by an increment.
For example, if I haven't been getting bookings and I want to drop my prices by $20 / night for the following month, the only way I can do that is pretty time consuming. But if I could select the whole month and then increase/decrease prices by…

Default messaging channel to how a guest initiated communication
Currently, when a guest sends a message via SMS, you can respond, but have to change the default to SMS from email. The default is always email for direct bookings. It would be nice to have the default be however the guest initiated conversing.

Adjust booking lead time company-wide
Add an agency-wide setting for booking 'lead time' so that it is easier to change this depending on business level, time of year, etc. Sometimes I want to encourage last-minute bookings, other times I don't.

Let Cleaners View Booking Calendar in Service Hub
We’d love to see a feature added to the new Service Provider Hub that allows service providers (like cleaners, handymen, etc.) to view a read-only booking calendar showing check-in/check-out dates and guest count, without revealing guest names, contact info, or pricing. With the new app they are only able to view dots for assigned jobs and can no longer see all bookings. ( I put new view and old view screenshots below)

With BDC guest review management you can:
- Retrieve all reviews for a specific property
- Retrieve new reviews (from a specific date)
- Filter reviews with no response yet
- Retrieve specific review with all category scores
- Reply to guest reviews
- Retrieve reviews at a group level (e.g. multiple properties’ scores on the same page)
- Filter guest reviews based on Booking.com reservation ID
- Retrieve aggregated property review score
- Retrieve aggregated scores per category (e.g. ‘value for money’ category score)

Allow multiple logins on mobile app
Some Hostfully users manage multiple Hostfully accounts. It would be helpful for them to be able to use the mobile device for the different accounts they manage. Would it be possible to switch users/logins on the mobile app for easier access and notifications for the multiple account users?

Allow for VRBO payments or show VRBO in the payment link for second payment
A guest booked through VRBO and want to pay through VRBO but I cannot send them a link through VRBO because it says everything is now through our property management. They do not trust the link because it says hostfully instead of vrbo.
