Alert when existing email is updated automatically
When there's an existing role (owner / guest / service provider) and they accidentally or not try to create a new PM account, the system should not change an existing role's email automatically (+xxx), or at least should notify the role / associating PM about such change.

Support cancellation policy at property level for Booking.com.
The issue is new property on Booking.com requires no prepayment and full refund policy until they clarify the listing so changing it from Channel level will affect all other listings. Really inconvenient.

We're in Philippines but SMS messaging does not work for Philippines number so we can only use the Email option for MFA.

Stop sending cancellation notice email when the subscription failed to renew the 1st time
I received multiple emails when my account failed to renew the 1st time.
As a former Customer Service manager, It's also unnecessary to mention closing the account if not paid in the initial email. It's insulting to your customers. As a paying customer I need to have the information about my subscription charges, I need to understand when is the subscription expiring, what is my balance and how much extra I am paying for adding the properties. By not having a transparent information and not having access to it, I don't have trust to the platform, it is difficult to plan and budget my expenses. It benefits both users and platform to have transparency and

Support listing type "entire home" for property type "boutique hotel" on Airbnb
At the moment, if property type is "boutique hotel", the available listing types are "private room" and "shared room". I want to choose listing type "entire home", so that it's displayed as an entire place, rather than a room on Airbnb. We don't want guests to think it's only a room. It's the entire hotel.

The grey small font is so hard to read! I need to have my browser on 150% zoom to see it!!
2 votesWe are adjusting the font as we revamp pages. You'll see easier to read font on pages like the inbox, property list, dashboard and pipeline. We'll keep doing this on each new page we work on!

Thanks, we are fixing this as we redo pages. On future pages, you'll see a nice new breadcrumbs menu that will make navigation much easier.

Account Status reflecting what you paid and when your bill is next due
Would be great if the Account Status reflects what we paid for and the date we paid it as well as when our next bill is due. The way it's set up now I can see it moving up and down and that we paid for it annually but it doesn't tell me any of that information.

Run a job report for cleaner
I would like to run a cleaning report to see how many jobs were done in a period of time. Currently I have manually count the number of jobs on the calendar to see how many jobs have been done. This leaves a large margin for error.
