  1. I just started using VacationRentPayment. To cancel a reservation, I cancel the the reservation within Hostfully and then
    issue the refund within the VacationRentPayment
    platform, since I can't do that within Hostfully the way I can with Stripe. At that point, I need a way to be able to record that refund (or other payment) within Hostfully so that all the reports are accurate.

There should be a way to require/not require the Upload a government-approved identification (especialy if the guest is booking directly with me through Hostfully/Orbirental and not outside channels). This is optional to our guests. This is not optional for me as a host as if I need to take legal action, I don't have proof that the person is who they say they are when it comes to the rental agreement.
    This would help "automate" the whole process (the main reason I am using software to aid in the creation of these bookings).

  4. For longer term stays it often becomes necessary to keep notes about the guest and their stay. The current limit of 255 characters doesn't allow for keeping track of enough information.

  5. It would be useful to know what occupancy was on properties when exporting reports

    Also, it would be useful to know the average weekly / monthly sales revenue
    Sales revenue YTD
    Profit
    New customer Monthly, weekly YTD
    The average revenue per unit

    all of these can be added to analytics and to reports

  7. My team has recently run into an issue where old, imported bookings from over a year ago were still showing up at the top of the pipeline/dashboard with no way to clear them. The support team needed to clear these for us. I propose that it be made possible for PMs to be able to archive leads or old bookings that are no longer relevant, rather than having Support have to do it for us.   10. Hi, when i filter my pipeline by relevant+arrival date, it still shows me the expired inquiries from past airbnb request. I want to delete them but it is not possible and support team told me that the do not delete customer data.
    I have to filter by arrival date to view current reservations at the properties and the ones coming.
    I wish you could delete them as you can with the canceled reservations.

  12. Currently you can only post expenses to the owners net pay calculations. However, I have expenses that need to come out of the gross before the PM % and Owner % are calculated. It would be nice to have the option to apply the expense to the Gross, PM%, or Owner%.

    ALSO, currently the fees for Airbnb are NOT BEING CALCULATED in the reporting features! This is huge cost to my business because without that fee coming out of the gross income amount, I as the PM am being stuck with the expense! And there is no way to see…

  13. Would like an area on the pipeline, Gives us a way to send or resend "Pre-arrival" "check-In Info" and " Cxl Booking" Is there a way we can add Resend or send a Rental agreement?

    I under stand that the Airbnb rental agreements cant be sent out and have to be sent to Hostfully to send out.

    This can create a problem if is missed by one our agents.
    Just like the option to send the rental agreements or resend from the pipe line area.

  14. The prices are like "From $255.22". The cents part makes it feel "funny" to me. I mean, i'm renting something for $255, am am i comparison shopping on cents? no. full dollars would seem better imho. i just checked airbnb and that's how it is there.

  15. For some reason the software has erased all previous pricing on all my calendars. I manually price my calendars and it is vital information for me to see what rates and prices I got booked at. I frequently look back on previous years and rates to see what I booked at for a specific week or weekend or month to determine my pricing for the upcoming calendars.   16. We want to see an Add Booking Page allow for multiple specialty booking pages for destinations, popular area’s like fisherman’s wharf, little Italy, neighborhoods, or reports, Basically the ability to add a booking page and we could add the properties we wanted to add with its own URL.

    Allow multiple booking sites. Properties can be selected to show up as desired . Likewise, properties could be selected for multiple sites or just one site.

  17. I want to be able to manage Wifi Details from hostfully and not in each channel directly. Some of our guests go to airbnb app to view wifi user username and password so we want to ensure it is correct. When we create a new listing in hostfully and push to airbnb and Vrbo that info is missing.

  18. There are several new cancellation policies on Airbnb which Hostfully has told me aren't available in the API so they can't offer. My suggestion is to add a no sync option so you could manually change in the Airbnb portal to the new policy and then would not revert back when the channel is synced in Hostfully. The new policies include Firm and Firm / Non-refundable. Firm allows cancel up to 30 days prior and 50% refund up to 7 days prior to check-in. Firm Non-refundable gives a second option where the price is 10% less but is non-refundable. Flexible…

  19. This would probably save the most time from all suggestions.

    So for example, if a guest has not paid in full, I do not want to send the email with the key code.

    For now, I have to check every booking manually and then delete the email and then send it again when the guest paid it.

    So having a 2 triggers in one would make this so much easier.

    I have seen this idea on Zeevou and it works like magic to save time and make sure guests don't get info on how to get to the property if…
