Enable Property Managers to archive leads that are no longer relevant but still show on the dashboard or pipeline
My team has recently run into an issue where old, imported bookings from over a year ago were still showing up at the top of the pipeline/dashboard with no way to clear them. The support team needed to clear these for us. I propose that it be made possible for PMs to be able to archive leads or old bookings that are no longer relevant, rather than having Support have to do it for us. This would also be helpful in situations where you create a number of quotes for a few different date ranges for the same customer. Once they book the range they want, the old quotes would be able to be archived by the PM.

Hi there! You'll want to hover over the circle of the lead in the pipeline and choose "close lead". This will remove them from the top of the pipeline. Let us know if you have any questions.

Hi Matt. We just deployed a new release to fix the issue with archive leads on Pipeline. For now, you can select the filter to "Arrival date", the Pipeline will correctly show you reservation from new to old. The old reservations now will be at the very bottom of the list on Pipeline so it is easier for you to keep track of your bookings.
Does this workaround work for you? If not, feel free to let us know.

Thanks for your feedback, Matt. We get the same feedback from some customers. There is a ticket about this and our engineers are working to complete it. When it is done, you can select to filter it by "Arrival date" and the newest reservation should be on the top. The good news is, the ticket is almost done. It is in the QA process. When this process is completed, it will be released to our product and you will be notified.
