Templates: Allow variables in the subject line
I'd like to be able to use variables in the subject line. Right now it's not possible.

See Individual Monthly Calendars for Each Property
In Airbnb if you click on the calendar link on the mobile app it will show you a list of your properties and when you click on a property, it will take you to a monthly view calendar for that property.
When we click on the calendar link in the Hostfully app it takes us to a weekly view of all properties that we can scroll left and right to see more dates. I don't want to scroll left and right to see options for open dates, I want to see the entire month in one view for a certain…
1 voteThis is now available under v5.0.0 of the Hostfully mobile app.
From the main calendar, expand the property titles then click on any property title : you will get redirected to the monthly calendar view of that property, with its bookings, blocks, jobs (showing as a blue dot), min stay + price per night.
For now you can see the job details nor edit min stay + price per night, but this is planned for a future version of the app.

Pre Arrival Form info exported to enhanced reports
Hi, you should let add info from the pre arrival forms to the enhanced reports. In my case, the Colombian government make us have a registration card for each reservation so the info I need from guests, can be add to the pre arrival form and then to the reports.
The passport number CANNOT be added to the enhanced logistics report because is not available.34 votesYou can now do this in Enhanced Reports.

- Under Pre-Arrival Form Report, select Run
- See the report in the table below, provided in multiple formats.
Note that the report will obviously only show information for guests who filled out the form. Note also, that for Airbnb bookings, not all guest information is provided by Airbnb and most cells will be empty.

I would like to be able to edit reservations directly from the App
I would like to be able to edit reservations directly from the App. It is vital that the app can be used to edit reservations, edit pricing, and essentially do the majority of things that we do on the website.

Bedroom: set delete option
When you click on bedroom at the bottom there should be an option to save or delete option on the bedroom set

Modify system template "Invite guest"
As a PM, I want the system template "Invite guest" should show in the list of System templates for me to make edits. At the moment, I need to manually select and modify it from Inbox

To hide "Send Pre-arrival form reminder" on Pipeline when guest submitted the form
I would like to have the option "Send Pre-arrival form reminder" hidden on Pipeline when my guest already submitted the form.

Make phone numbers as 'click to call' links
If you open a guest (the most common use case being that you need to contact the guest, you have to scroll down for the guest's information. I think it would be more helpful to prioritize this information, rather than having to scroll past all of the fees (which should also be minimized). Also, the phone number is not clickable, nor can you copy and paste it. Making the number clickable and copiable (not sure if that's a word), would be really useful. Otherwise, it's not very useful at all.
This feedback applies to the Hostfully iOS app.

Automatically populate guest's 4 last numbers as Pincode
It'll be very usefull since the guest would know their numbers, and it'll be a lot easier for them to remember the door codes. It'll help us hostfully users too by eliminating the need to create a code that a guest can remember manually for each guest.

Jobs created don't show on calendar
When looking at the calendar on the mobile app, any jobs created eg cleaning, guest service are not visible

Fix team permissions issue
Fix permissions issues. When you assign a team member on certain properties, they still see all in the inbox and not only messages for their properties. This is annoying when you have properties in multiple markets where only certain people work on certain properties.

Push Notifications
Would like to have push notifications for new leads and new messages from guests. That way, I will finally be able to turn off my Airbnb and VRBO apps and manage everything on the Hostfully mobile App.

Adjust calendar to be consistently Sun-Sat
The new calendar view is Monday first, then Sunday last. But it's always been Sunday first, Saturday last. When drilling into reservation details, it's also Sunday first. Please adjust to be consistent and stick with Sunday first. It's very confusing.

Adding Expenses (owner adjustments), with a photo from the app
We would like to capture owner adjustments in Hostfully so that we can subtract these from the payout amount. We are, however, required to keep a record of the expenses in case a customer asks for this. Because if this, we currently use another app to capture the expense and the photo of the receipt or invoice and then transfer this into Hostfully.
It would be great to be able to capture these from the app using the phone camera to take a pic of the receipt or invoice and then these automatically being added to owner adjustments
8 votesNow on the PMP, you can upload an attachment to your owner adjustment. This page is mobile friendly and you can upload an attachment directly from your mobile device. This feature is not yet available on the mobile app. If you feel that this needs to be supported by the mobile app, please file a separate ticket.

Send Airbnb messages via Enso Connect (and other integration partners)
Hi there - I use Enso Connect for a handful of things, including automated messaging. Currently, there isn't the ability for me to send Airbnb messages via Enso Connect as Hostfully doesn't offer that capability via the API. Is this on the roadmap? Enso says that their other PMS integration partners are offering this but not Hostfully currently. Thanks!

Calendar - Save Our Filters!
The new calendar is great. Thank you.
It would be helpful to remember the filter conditions when we return to the calendar enquiry. As it stands all conditions are dropped and we have to continualy re-enter them. We do a lot of work from within the calendar area and it would help to preserve the set of properties we are working on rather than lose them every time we return to the stacked calendar view.

Messages that Fail to Send show as Sent in Mobile App
Currently, even when there is a message send failure, it shows as sent in the mobile app. This got us in trouble a few times when we looked at the app and assumed messages had gone through, but then we logged into the desktop version, and we saw that it had the red box around the message saying it had not been delivered. It's honestly hard to rely on the mobile app for much of anything except checking for booking notifications because we can't sms, whatsapp, or use templates either.

Calendar Blocking Edit Ability on Mobile (Cancel/Modify)
Currently, you can create a block on the App. However, it is very glitchy and we have trouble actually creating a block on the calendar. Secondly, it would be fantastic if we could modify a block or remove a block from the app. The app does not allow any editing or cancelling of a block until you get back to desktop.
