  1. We understand that Turnover days apply for "reservations" and do not apply for "blocks".
    However, we want turnover days to be applied to all sub units as well.

  2. I am trying to create a simple report for cleaners that will list checkout dates for say the next 4 weeks. This will be automatically sent to the cleaners each week.

    Currently the scheduler only allow for Last week, last month, this week, this month etc. I need forward looking dates e.g, next 4 weeks, next 3 months

  3. It would be valuable to add additional variables the the Review templates we use.

    I manage multiple properties and like to mention in the review how many guests stayed and the name of the property.

    I currently am not using this feature due to this limitation and it was one of the reasons I signed up for Hostfully.

  4. Hi, you should let add info from the pre arrival forms to the enhanced reports. In my case, the Colombian government make us have a registration card for each reservation so the info I need from guests, can be add to the pre arrival form and then to the reports.
    The passport number CANNOT be added to the enhanced logistics report because is not available.

  6. As a VRM I would like the discount code dates ranges to be inclusive of the start and end dates so that it is very clear to me what the valid dates are.

    Right now, the valid date range doesn't include the Start and End dates.

  7. As a PM I would like the HelloSign contract to be sent automatically when I manually enter the guest email address to the reservation.

    When a new booking comes in we don’t always have the guest's email. In this case, the PM can manually add the guest's email. On update, then Hostfully should send the HelloSign contract.

    We don’t always have the guest's email address because of the change in how Airbnb handles email. The PMP needs to update the HelloSign process so that we can manually enter the email address of the lead and that will trigger the HelloSign…

  8. As a PM, I receive this email when a payment fails (attached herein). There is no guest or reservation identifier and I need to do further research to figure out what reservation this relates to. It would be great if Hostfully can add the guest name and reservation UID to this system message.

    I tried to manually add those two items to the system template but those variables are not available for this template.

  9. The emails for vrbo for every listing say the sender name is the company name and I think this is adding confusion for travelers. We want to change the sender name for certain properties or templates

  11. Please add option where you can set a time for leads to automatically close. This way quotes/leads are not left active forever. We do a lot of direct quotes/leads and it is not always possible to go and manually close each lead/quote and it's time consuming. Thank you.

  13. If a hostfully guidebook is being whitelisted with a custom URL it should be fully whitelisted. Meaning removing any hostfully wording in the guidebook including the about host fully button in the bottom left corner and account icon in the top right corner.

  14. Pre-Arrival form captures guests and sub guest information. I would like to have access to my guest as well as the people that came with them and their emails if that was filled in.
    I had to contact Hostfully to provide that information to me. The sub info was left out and needed to be requested each time I wanted the report.

  18. In Kigo, when a guest checked-out the reservation color changed on the calendar. This was very helpful for our front desk staff to quickly see at a glance what units were occupied. It would be great to see similar functionality in Hostfully.
