  1. Support Airbnb booking creation date instead of the date they were imported into Hostfully.

    The imported reservations from Airbnb are showing the lead creation date as the day these reservations were added to Hostfully, not the actual booked-on date. This skews the reports.

  2. It would be great to offer extended stay discounts that are seasonal so we may use them for the low season. We have interest from guest originating in cold climates to come stay at our property in Florida during the winter months. Currently hostfully allows extended stay discounts but I can not apply that to certain times of year - currently only appears to be on an annual basis. I just had a guest book our property using the extended stay discount during peak season which resulted in a 13,000.00 discount.

  6. Best-case scenario would be ai drafts a reply and sends to the appropriate team member (filtered by star). The team member could click accept to post the review reply easily, or edit and then post directly from the pushed notification (within hostfully, or within email, or whatever made sense).

  9. For all of my messages to a guest, it would be really nice for my signature below to automatically populate. I am able to add a signature area to all of my templates, but it's not an option from the inbox. I think it looks way more professional than just a short response that comes across more like a text message.

  10. I would like to see all owners under the Owners Tab without having to click on the first letter of their first name or search in the search box. The search box and the alphabet option should only be a filter option when you have dozens of owners.

  11. When clicking on the plus sign to add a new reservation, a calendar pulls up and all of the dates are black so you don't know which dates are already taken by an existing reservation. Please grey out dates that already have an existing reservation so a new reservation isn't erroneously added.

  15. Because we are a hotel with multiple cleaners, we are unable to utilize the turnover function you created. Instead, we have made our cleaners associates so they can view the calendar. I noticed in my dashboard (as manager) I can see a summary of notifications which show which properties have a check out and check in for the day. This is unfortunately not visible to agents... but we would really like for it to be. This would allow our cleaners and maintenance personnel to see exactly what rooms are turning over that day so they can get to work without…

  16. The Arrival Form should be actively linked to the data warehouse so guests can make changes up to the time of check-in. Guests are not always sure of all information until closer to the stay and locking this form out after information is added once is VERY limiting. Other PMS platforms offer this exact capability as a basic feature.

  17. We like to block a day after a long-term stay to give us the opprotunity to conduct a full, deep-clean and to address any issues and schedule maintenance.

    Having an "auto" block for each 30+ day stay allows this portion to be automated.

  19. As an agency that lists vacation rentals on Booking.com, I want to ensure that the payment flow is SCA compliant. Right now, some payments from guests fail due to the integration not handling 3D Secure authentication and is not SCA compliant.
